We broke the ATH but had a horrible rejection. Initially I assumed we might of topped and this double top would of been it for this cycle however there is light at the end of the tunnel.

I assumed we would have a -$1B day today of etf flows. However most flows were positive. GBTC was -300M or so, it was high but not crazy like -$1B. But we were all waiting for the IBIT number and we were worried it would be low or negative but guess what. It came out and it’s $788M. This is a crazy number. Record high for the etf and 2nd highest inflow day while we broke ath.

So we might get another stab at $69K hopefully.  Seems boomers aren’t still buying bitcoin and they don’t care what price they pay.

Yes, Bitcoin was pumped heavily yesterday to the extent that it again hit the ATH of about $69,000 and moved almost $300 above it according to my broker's data. That was nice and expected as well judging by the way the asset had moved since the early weeks of 2024. But about your reference to SHIB, you should not put so much expectation on that, it never works directly and what you are looking towards is a correction but SHIB and Bitcoin are not so correcting the way PEPE for example is correlating with it. Though not so highly but to a reasonably better extent than that of SHIB.

You may judge by what happened between September 2023 to January 2024 to know what I am saying about Bitcoin and SHIB's correlation, nothing spectacular happened to SHIB during that time. But when it got to February and the first days in March, SHIB and all other important meme coins moved strongly upward, and if I am correct, the least moved x4. That's how it happens in crypto world, it is their own time (meme), and all coin classes have their time. It could be the time of AIs today and the time of DeFi and Infstracture the next day.

For this, do not think it is the automatic time of meme coins like SHIB when Bitcoin rises, the correlation is not worth it for the two crypto assets.

but certainly the price is climbing back up again as you can see after the recent flash dipping the price of ethereum and btc went back up again and that seems to be a good sign that we will see sustaining long term market pumping all the way up to the $100k.

I have 0.1 BTC.  Yes, one tenth.  I bought it at $40,000, I was going to buy an Antminer S21 miner, and they only take payment by BTC, but then I realized there were additional shipping and customs costs, and said "Nah".  And the per-day profits after power cost are ridiculously low.  And left the $4000 of BTC in BTC.  Good choice, now it is worth $6500 or so.

As for Shiba Inu, I had bought 100 million well over a year ago, some recent news I read a month or so ago caused me to buy another 200 million SHIB.  So now I'm sitting on 300 million SHIB.

I also have small amounts of other coins.  2000 Cardanos, 360 Polygons, 50 Heliums.  

I did have close to 1300 Heliums, but sold them when the price recently popped to $5 a few months ago.  Then I spent 2 months watching the price bounce between $5 and $9.  And I'm sitting here yelling at the computer "COME DOWN!  Just long enough for me to buy back in and ride it to more profits!!!".  And it didn't.  And the whole time it was bouncing between $5 and $9, I knew that the day I bought back in at any price, would be the day the price goes down and stays down.  That's my luck.

Every time the price pops, I blow my load and sell too fast, wanting to profit out.  Than I watch the price continue to go up and up and up... without me.  That's why I need SHIB to go to a penny a coin, to make me a $3 million retirement fund.  Whoever runs SHIB, move 100 trillion coins to the burn wallet, get SHIB some attention!

But this time, I disciplined myself from selling yesterday.  I'm gonna hold off and ride this and see how much more money I can get.

Curiously, while coins like BTC, ETH, and SHIB bounced nicely, others I am holding, like MATIC, HNT, and ADA, didn't move much.  I'm also watching Kaspa, it went down a little the last few days.

Be more realistic because that is not how trading works and you are hoping for a rise in a coin that is not as fundamental as holding back in a bear market. There is nothing wrong when you intend to make money on Shiba Inu, but you start to maintain the best opportunity in increasing the price of Bitcoin. Even though people entering Crypto do nothing more than just want to target collecting bitcoin on a large scale with full responsibility.

Shiba Inu is currently at 0.00003147.  It has been hovering around 0.00001000 for over a year.  It ran to 0.00008845 a couple years ago, and I don't think it had any reason to do that aside from being a meme coin.  It's got room to run, we just have to make it run up!

The price of bitcoin has crossed its ATH a few days ago, and is currently experiencing a decline. Currently, reaching $70k is very possible. Shiba Inu is currently at 0.00003147.  It has been hovering around 0.00001000 for over a year.  It ran to 0.00008845 a couple years ago, and I don't think it had any reason to do that aside from being a meme coin.  It's got room to run, we just have to make it run up!

Yeah I never spoke against altcoins but I just said that, it’s not for me because I definitely don’t want to try my luck there because I’ve done that in the past and it wasn’t a favourable one for me.
I also know of people who are doing extremely well with altcoins and that alone shows that, it’s still a good business for those with the right skills and knowledge to explore.

Well thats a very wrong approach to achieving success in the crypto space. I think everything practically have a process and if you by any means try to bypass it, you will be regretful for the end result. That's a ton of money just to create a small movement in the btc market. Remember, the market cap of btc right now is about $1.3T. How can you make a movement on this market? And I don't think any single individual or big company can do such dent in the market. This is the good thing about btc, unlike alts. I agree that Bitcoin is a more reasonable coin to be pumped by the whales. Bitcoin is the main crypto coin and it is getting trending because we are nearing the halving. However, we also can't deny the fact that meme coins also follow the massive increase of Bitcoin. We can learn the data on CMC or Coingecko that Doge or Shiba Inu has increased significantly in the last few days/weeks. Although there is no Elon Musk factor anymore, the prices of meme coins can keep increasing a lot. It's way too easy to say but actually hard to do. You can't expect bitcoin to keep the price up and hit $70k instantly, price correction may happen first. But we can't tell really since the price of bitcoin is growing rapidly as fast as it can. $70k might be here soon and witness our new all time high, but whales will never help us do that.

It's either that or another short correction.
Currently, the price sits as $68k after hitting $70k, just like when we established $69k there is a massive drop to $60k'ish but we did recover and then pushes to another new all time high.

No doubt, those people who have invested in bitcoin in last year or in the bear market, they are in good profits now even at bitcoin's current price of 64-65K. However, if those people have invested in Bitcoin for long term then they should not sell at current prices even if they are in good profits. We are at pre-halving stage and bitcoin has pumped too much, so we can well imagine that this bull market, the bitcoin will be priced very high.

Altcoins investment is also good option and the risk can be overcome if Ethereum, BNB, Solana and some top coins become our preference. Taking risk in case of altcoin is necessary because if we avoid top coins then we cannot get  profit by choosing low value coin that disappear after one dump.

I am not against the alts but we should have more than 50% of the portfolio in bitcoin. Yes, the profit in altcoins can be way higher than the bitcoin but the risk is also high in alts. Investors know that Bitcoin is more secure and therefore they invest in Bitcoin and that is the reason that market cap of bitcoin is more than 50% of the total cryptocurrency market cap.

Update.  Prices were starting to dribble downwards, so I cashed out a few days ago, made about 8 grand on my coins from a month ago!

With todays' announcement of no fed interest rate reduction coin prices popped.  I should have seen that coming, if I had gone all in on a certain coin this morning and sold this afternoon, I'd have picked up $2400.

I'll watch the coin markets and look for opportunities to make more money!  Could use some hot tips from whales or coin pumpers.

Well, the market is very unpredictable and volatile, you can get a lot of profit in a short amount of time when the market is in a bull run, however, that can go against you as well sometimes. So, maybe going all in should never be a choice even if you see something positive coming up because it takes no time for positive to turn into negative and negative to turn into positive in this industry.

You should always take your steps very carefully. You took profit when you saw the market is going down, but you didn't think about the upcoming bull run when the prices would probably go way higher than where they were earlier. So, maybe holding a bit more would have given you more than 8 grand.

Those who invested some amount in Bitcoin during the year of 2023 will be in more profit because that time the price was very lower and now once again it touched 69k$ and go ahead of it to touch 73k$ but currently it is 64k$ which is not a suitable price for selling but buying will bring more profit if someone made at 64k$.

70k might hit again but I am not betting on that, I will wait till bitcoin drops below 60k to buy again. Sometimes just waiting out helps better opportunities to present themselves in the market. It is a game of patience here and not regular trading.

I would not venture beyond the top five coins, anything beyond that tend to go down after a while and dont manage to come back up at all. While there are coins that might and would shine in future, most of the coins are doing down in dumps for years. Bitcoin is way more safe, this is understood from the charts itself.

I don't think, Shiba Inu can give you such huge income in your trading in this season but if you make Bitcoin your choice and invest huge amount of money in the past, you can be boost of making huge income from the market. This season was a good season to some traders that have the opportunity to trade their Bitcoin when the price hit $71,000 last month, because they knew that the price will going to hit the particular price before they will trade and their plan came to pass to embraced massive incomes. Okay whales, pump Bitcoin up!  I need to make a big profit on this.  And do whatever it takes to surge Shiba Inu as much as possible too.  It doesn't have to be true, it just has to make me money.

The delusion people had on ICO time has been teleported into meme coins and it so sad that even the influencers that I do look up to because of their dedicated work and push for Bitcoin adoption are now shilling these meme coins. It has always been about the profits isn't and doesn't care about what the projects and coins will impact into  crypto.

Bitcoin has printed 3x since it has started this run, under normal market condition this will.be celebrated even in traditional mrkaet but people are used to this 20x, 40x the are used to making in bull run, I'm not saying this can't be achieved again but I'm just saying that the more the market cap of already existing coins grow, the less the will pump, either real coin or shit coins. The closes coin Shiba can reach in the market if there IS FOMO is BNB and it has market cap of $80B, shib can only do 5x from it's current market of $16B to print that profits, so you have to reduce your expectations.

Last time I check Shiba, development wise there is nothing new that is been built on Shiba just another erc20 shitcoins that people are playing on. Be careful with meme coins, that's what I have to give you.

OP seems too much excited about the continuous growth of Bitcoin as well as It seems he also hold shiba inu too in his account. But its all about holding! This isn't the way how trading works. But yeah, you are doing spot trading, then maybe the higher price of Bitcoin will keep giving you more and more profit until you sell. So is for shiba inu. But as you can see Bitcoin is dumped already, so is shiba inu. Cause you should know that, there's no crypto that would continuously flying higher, and doubtly correction will take place sooner or letter. So need to be careful. But yeah, when cryptocurrency trun into green, it'll opportunity for everyone
