It will be better for me to prepare my children for investment in general and not just investment in Bitcoin. I would want to teach my children to be able to identify and spot investment opportunities and take advantage of them not just only Bitcoin because Bitcoin investment is not only the profitable investment that there is. There are some special skills that can ensure wealth, and investments/knowing what to invest in and the proper way to do so is one of those skills that can assure wealth.

Theres is nothing wrong with teaching your child how to handle money and investment properly just doing this as for the basic understanding of a person, but I guess it still seems ideal if they have prior knowledge, there's nothing wrong with the government job as long as it pays well some people work on those and use the crypto for additional investments so they can have an extra money with the ride of the market. There's a lot of thing we can do outside while deciding to invest on bitcoin and it really doesn't need our full attentions since any time we can spend time to watch on our investments. Also not everytime we can earn glory on bitcoin so maybe I will just at least introduce it to them and not forcing them to like it since its up for them to decide whether they like to participate or not since what's important to me is they choose what path or career they want to take.

If they want to work on government agencies then its fine, if want to explore other field then go as long as they don't do illegal things then I support them and let them participate on any bitcoin investment once they are ready.

It doesn't force our children. We just let our children to have another option because it is not easy to get the government jobs nowadays. Not everyone can join the government jobs because it is limited jobs, meanwhile everyone can invest in Bitcoin because it is available for any one. It depends on our capital. If we invest in a big capital, it can be enough to fulfill our needs. But if we only invest in a small capital, it surely won't be enough for providing our needs. Well, I think it is better to not rely on the investment only. We need to have another job such as trading, the government jobs, or other jobs in real life.

It’s always better to look for a real job first and government jobs are the best offers, and when you’ve gained extra profits from your salary, then that’s the best time to enter a potential investment like bitcoin. But first and foremost, invest not to gain for real quick profits, but invest for long term as bitcoin is certainly for long term investment. We all know that investing is a good thing for everyone of us to put our funds in a place that will keep growing so that we can keep making money from where we have invested the fund. But is op trying to tell me that we should prepare the children for investment in Bitcoin when they ought to go to school and get education of being a better persons in the future.

 Do not forget that it's only people that have the funds that could invest not those that are eating hand to mouth. There are regions when getting job after school is not an easy attempt but other regions would compel you to go to school and get the education so that when you are done you can come back and look for a job that suit your education.

Because you as a father or mother can't possibly know whats best for your kids, because they have their goals before coming into this earth, do not push your kids into anything thinking that its for their sakes, you live your life, you had your time, let them grow and support them in every possible way.

When I was young my father wanted me to become a writer and my mother want me to be a doctor, none of this dreams come to past because I didn't have a passion for both, you really can't tell what will make your child or children become great in future, just guide them right.

I like this suggestion as it reminds me of wasted opportunities it has been doing some things we did as children and youths. The worst is the mindset we had which is go to school, graduate and get a job... this was the worst advice I received as an individual. It limited me and many others to just focusing on the academic work without expanding our thinking to other areas of life that would have yielded better results today. Assuming that I grew up not fixated on graduating and getting a job, perhaps I would have been better than I am today because as a student, I had access to little funds which if I had invested part of that into Bitcoin or at least saved them with the hope of starting up a business, that would have been better than waiting to graduate and start earning salary. This is not a form of regrets but just a personal reflection and with what I know now, I'm sure my children will do better than me.

I support you much here. Bitcoin investment is not a job and neither will it stop someone from taking a job. It is passive investment. One can be a government worker and still invest in bitcoin. Why choose one if you can conveniently do the two.

Not just only about bitcoin but it is good for parents to teach their kids to know the importance of having a skill when they are young, it will really help them how generate money for themselves when they are still young with no much responsibility on them. I don't see anything wrong if your kid grows up and start to have a job in the government. If they like the culture and working place on that government job then I'd be more happy to support my child working with the government. Not everyone can accept any risk that when you tell them that they have the chance to lose the value of their money, they'd stick to their jobs and be stable with it. I agree with the idea of preparation but when it comes force it's not nice at all. The goal is to teach your kids how money works plus investments and why they are better than regular average jobs. The truth is if you really want to help kids in such aspect, all you have to do is expose them to different opportunities including programming and business. Then you can allow them choose what they enjoy doing then you as a parent can help them perfect it.

Governments job are so old fashion, you can create a job out of anything nowadays because of the internet. You don't have to be answering "Yes sir" to someone else before you can make a good living for yourself. Jobs might be a thing of the past in the future as more advanced technology dominant and take over our jobs because they'll be doing it more effectively and less time consuming too (meaning they'll be more productive).

But here's the thing if our kids are not ready to learn about bitcoin or he doesn't want to learn I think we shouldn't force him about bitcoin investment. Every parent has a responsibility towards their child and they try to guide their child in the right direction. But that doesn't mean that children should be taught anything by force.

There are many parents who want their children to become doctors, engineers and government employees but it turns out that their children want the opposite i.e. they want to earn as they wish. That is a great idea. And I also plan to teach my children about Blockchain and Bitcoin. But I will not force my child to become a trader or Bitcoin holder and not work in the government. I will just try to foster my child's interest in crypto. And I will still support what my child wants. If he wants to work in government I will not forbid him but I will also teach him not to be a corporate slave and continue working. I think to be successful one has to start a business.
