I am after best way to set up and pay for AWS anonymously, proven method?

That's difficult as if you go without verifying your identity in AWS, your account will be restricted and certain services will not be available to you. I mean you can go with a virtual card, using a VPN, a new email (Proton) and still you will have to verify your identity with a credit card / bank to get pass the Billing page even for AWS Free Tier.

Quite difficult to achieve, I would love to know too if someone has found a way.
