There is no "gas" in Bitcoin. Gas only exists in ethereum.

The first transaction you posted is curious.
You have 89 UTXOs. 88 out of the 89 are dust outputs (546 sats each).
You have used 2.62 sat/vB and the total fee was ~$13 (20,000 sats), simply because you have tried to consolidate 89 UTXOs.
If you try to speed it up either by CPFP or RBF, you will end up paying huge amounts in fees.

I suggest you wait, approximately 2 weeks. After these 2 weeks, the transaction will be discarded from the mempools of the nodes.
Then you will have to create another transaction.
I suggest you select only the large UTXO and ignore the 89 dust outputs.
89 x 546 ~= 90,000 satoshis.
If you include those, with the current fee rates, you will end up paying much more in fees.
So, I suggest you forget them.

I tried to use another tx to boost gas but seems like i dont use enough gas to boost it. Here is tx i use to boost gas

I don't know what you mean by gas (but that's exactly how ignorant I was).. I guess you meant the transaction fees? Currently, the mempool fees are high and your txn fees were set at 2.62 sat/Vbyte which is way too small to get the transaction confirmed even in 2 days... (unless the fee drops down).. You also did a huge mistake by creating another separate transaction(That wasn't CPFP), hoping to push the first one through...
Quote

CANCEL? Trying to cancel any transaction means creating ANOTHER transaction, which again makes the whole thing messy...as for boosting, it depends on the wallet you're transferring from/to. But I'll advise that you wait for the mempool to exclude your transaction back into your wallet to avoid double spending... This may take over 2 weeks and more..

I am passing through a similar experience right now, that even after I bump the txn fees after waiting for 3 days and didn't receive my funds I still have it stuck till now and today will be making it approximately 8 days.

What I suspect could be the reason for the stuck is due to the rise of bitcoin price and a lot of investors have started taking profits leading to miners been selective of transactions giving priority to those with a high fees, making lower fee transaction to be stuck in the mempool. So it's either the transaction get rejected and dropped back or it eventually get approved, either ways, be rest assured your money is not lost in anyway.

I suggest you wait, approximately 2 weeks. After these 2 weeks, the transaction will be discarded from the mempools of the nodes.
There is no need to wait to wait for two weeks.
The fee rate used for the transaction in question is lower than the current purging fee rate for nodes with default mempool size and there should be many nodes that don't have OP's transaction in their mempool now.

You paid too low, the no priority will cost 12 sats/vB while your transaction cost 2 sats/vB. You can't cancel that unless the network itself will drop that transaction of yours so, if it doesn't get any confirmation any time soon.

The network itself will automatically drop it and by that time happens, you have to check the fees first through mempool.space before making a transaction and paying the fee what's suggested by the network.

So that you won't get any stuck with your next transaction as it is too hassle when you need it but it gets stuck because of the low fee.

Last week, cheapest fee rates you can use to move your bitcoins are about 8 to 9 satoshi/vbyte. Not cheaper fee rates recent days and as of writing, you will have to use 30+ sat/vbyte to be on tip of mempool.

If you can wait for Saturday and Sunday, weekends can help you to see mempools drop a little and you will have cheaper fee rates than 30 sat/vbyte, like down to 14 sat/vbyte. I don't expect it to give us cheaper fee rates than 14 sat/vbyte.

If you want to bump your fee, consider to use higher than 14 sat/vbyte.

Are there anyway to cancel or boost gas or whatever way to get those btc please?
The best way to boost it is to create a replacement transaction which excludes those dust inputs (546 satoshi) and just send the last one with significant amount.
Then create a separate low-fee transaction that consolidates those dust inputs only when the average fee is low.

Depending on the wallet that you've used, there may be a way to create a replacement transaction that selects only that one input through "coin-control".
or there may be a way to remove it from your history since it should be dropped from nodes with default mempool settings by now, then immediately spend the last input with coin-control.

So what wallet is it from?

I use a dapp that control the btc wallet, so all txs were handle by that dapp. It has been 2 weeks til now and btc has not come back to wallet yet. I guess my best bet is wait few more days for tx being discarded by mempool.

What dapp? Are there dapps for bitcoin? I am surprised... I usually hear this term for ethereum. It feels strange that you have 88 dust outputs and if you combine this fact with the fact that you use a dapp... I mean, it sounds suspicious. Not from your side, but from the dapp's side.

It's inscribe.app, basically they connect to evm wallet and generate a btc wallet and assign that wallet to my evm. i made a withdraw from that wallet and this happen to me.

There is no such thing called dapp in Bitcoin wallet, you must be using a centralised wallet or some kind of extension as wallet.

Check the wallet provider is letting you access the private keys or seed phrases, if yes then you can import the keys or seeds into electrum to create your replacement transaction.

Unfortunately I am not able to understand this. It's out of my area. I hope someone will help you, but...
Just a friendly note from my side: ethereum is a shitcoin and it causes toooooo much trouble. It's not a coincidence that the majority of scams happen on ethereum. It's the scammers paradise.
Anyway... Good luck again!

Try to contact developers of that inscribe.app, maybe they can help you with this transaction.
I never used it so I cant help you more, but I would suggest to stay away from stuff like this or bridges, it's easy to lose coins using them.

Imho there may be other motives (scam) behind that tx. And not only because of the fee.
I mean, a huge amount of very small inputs (if it would not be SegWit it would be considered dust!) with an tx fee so low I didn't see that for months.
Why would a business send your money in "something smaller and heavier than pennies" and make you pay for the "lorry" to transport them?!

---
The second tx is a CPFP and that has to pay enough total fee to rise the initial tx (which is very big in size and the size does matter, since the fee that matters is in satoshi/virtual kilobytes) and itself.

OP will need quite some luck with that.

It's inscribe.app, basically they connect to evm wallet and generate a btc wallet and assign that wallet to my evm. i made a withdraw from that wallet and this happen to me.
This escalated from an easy RBF procedure into a very complicated private key export, encode to WIF prvKey, import to other wallet to make the replacement transaction.
That's basically what you need to do only if it's possible to export the correct private key that can derive the correct address.

But upon testing "inscribe.app", I've failed to reproduce the TapRoot address from the private key indicated in the (hidden) "EVM Private Key" or from the prvKey of the connected wallet.
There must be something else at play there that may require some technical documentations or a quick look at their source code (if open-source),
But unfortunately, neither of those are available.

I'm afraid that your second best option is to utilize CPFP to the change of the child txn or bump that child txn to further increase the overall transaction fee.
And do not base the "overall fee rate" from the child transaction's fee rate since its size is a lot smaller than the parent.
For example, the child would need an additional 56,300 satoshi "absolute fee" on top of its own fee to bump the parent to 10sat/vB.
That also relies on the node where you'll broadcast it since it's now dropped from some nodes' mempools.

I mean, a huge amount of very small inputs (if it would not be SegWit it would be considered dust!) with an tx fee so low I didn't see that for months.

Ordinals NFT.

Hi, i tried to transfer some btc but it was stuck on mempool for weeks. Here is the tx
https://mempool.space/tx/66ffb14483953a1447abfdb6cb0180f928e6a7e067f18c1a04767db98e570f2c

I tried to use another tx to boost gas but seems like i dont use enough gas to boost it. Here is tx i use to boost gas
https://mempool.space/tx/083f8b8f091b3cd815f53b6c8302095067d5dcd19a532b6acf31ed265bedfa24

Are there anyway to cancel or boost gas or whatever way to get those btc please?
It is not every wallet that allows RBF (a way to boost the transaction fees) so if you did the transaction from such wallet like Trustwallet, even if you import your wallet to another place that allows it like Electrum, you will not be able to boost the transaction. Like some people have already suggested, wait for 14 days and the transaction will be automatically cancelled, after which import your wallet to Electrum then send it from there so you will be able to adjust the fees should there be need for that. You can also use viabtc.com to accelerate the transaction but in that case you must ensure certain criteria are met to be able to enjoy that free acceleration service.

There should be many nodes that don't have OP's transaction in their mempool and OP should be able to broadcast a new transaction.

Transactions are not automatically cancelled.
Take note that each node can have its own settings and there are nodes that keep unconfirmed transaction much longer as as long as a transaction is valid, it can be confirmed.
It's possible that you make a transaction now, it remains unconfirmed for months and finally gets confirmed.

It has been 16 days of that tx and tx has not been dropped yet. How do we know if a tx has been dropped ? What if the unconfirmed transaction never getting dropped then how do we fix this

Some nodes have already dropped your transaction from their mempool and some still have your transaction.
If you import your wallet into another software, chances are you don't see your transaction in the new wallet and you can broadcast a new transaction.

Note that it would be better to use a wallet that supports coin control, so that you can exclude dust coins from your transaction.
