Maybe putting some links and photos will help us understand what you are saying here
and also to be transparent so this will not look like a attack thread , and one thing is that you can
put this in scam or reputation section once there are some proofs from your end even Conversation
from support.
though I never heard this exchange since then so Maybe letting us understand how this
work will save us all time .

This is about CCN token.

The withdrawal facility for CCN has been in operation for nearly 8 months. CCN is OORT's test token. They have thousands locked up in their wallets and they don't want to transfer them back to customers. Either way, CCN is a test token and will no longer be traded. But it has to be converted to OORT, which takes time. In reality, CITEX may be selling CCN that they do not have in order to collect and block money from their customers. I provide several chats. I write to them every day, anyway.

I had never heard of that exchange before, so I refrained from involving any unknown crypto-related platform to mitigate the risk of losing my money.

You can't do anything about it, and it looks like they are purposely blocked the withdrawals and probably trading with any coins that has actual value, consider it as a lesson in a hard way and try not to repeat it.

Of course, I even just heard of the Citex exchange at this time and I don't want to take risks, even until now I have only used cex order 1-5 in cmc, the exchange is a place that can happen at any time and it is very risky. Even the cex that is so familiar on social media, I only make a few transactions for needs, if it is not listed on the tier 1 exchange. Because no one guarantees what the sustainability of the cex is like including the withdrawal process which is sometimes annoying and takes a long process.

Hopefully we are all more aware of new cexes that offer benefits only and not as expected. My dream is also to get a better cex but as long as I use my old cex like binance I am very comfortable there, rather than looking for new experiences unless the reputation has been built better.

If that is their style during the withdrawal then that it only means they are a truly scam exchange.

But the mere question here is how you ended up with such random exchange when there are the popular ones? I always get to notice newbies randomly ending up with these scam exchanges.

Look at the majority, they are not aware of this exchange's existence.

I haven't heard of this exchange or even used it before, but I think any exchange that is not familiar should be investigated properly before use, because most of them are scams site with the intention of manipulating or leuring people to there trap. And if eventually you got cut, your all your fund are gone. So it is important to use popular exhange which has a good record history.
