Depends on you, if you think getting 800 from 250 is enough, it's better to sell it and buy another potential coin/token, right now we are in the halving hype, why not try buying Bitcoin (BTC) and ride the wave?

You don't know what to buy and what to do, this is the hardest part when you have no idea what you must do. Because some will just shill you out unknown altcoins because you are intended to do that. So, if you happen to have no idea what they're telling you, DYOR at all times.
If you are in profit and you are satisfied with it now, sell. But if you think that there's going to be a bigger value of it during the altcoin season or once the halving is done, sell.

Shiba's price has risen high from its lowest price, it has risen almost 6x. but it has not reached its new ATH, it still needs to increase 200% at the current price to reach its latest ATH price.
If you want to buy other coins, other coins have also risen very high in price. look for coins with a large market but the price increase is still small so the potential to rise high is still very large if you want to sell and buy other coins.

From 250 to over 800 that is a good profit and It is better to withdraw because SHIB has an unlimited supply and the correction will begin as soon as the price of Bitcoin decreases. As for the best suggestions, they would be some promising tokens that have not risen recently, or Ethereum, or buy USDT and wait until a correction occurs and buy SHIB with the profits if you really believe that SHIB has a good future.

Don't base your decision on the opinion of other people since you might get a wrong insights then lose all the money you have. Best for that is you are the one do the decision making about what do you like since if you want to explore on other crypto then let it be. But if not confident on other token then much better if do research first before dropping those decisions. I'm sure you don't want to regret for losing your money so better for now you should do a research on what are the other options that best for you to accumulate aside from that shib if you really want to get and take your profit from that token.

You had a good run with shib and you are aware of that it is a shitcoin. What does that tell you? Sell and buy something more legitimate. I’d say even doge is a better option because doge has a history.wtf is a shibcoin? It appeared out of nowhere. It is a bad doge imitation. Get rid of all t and buy something better. The best choice is obviously btc but it is not as volatile as shib or doge and that might be a good thing or bad thing depending on what you want. Remember though, volatility goes both ways. It feels great when you are on top but what if shib dives hard tomorrow?

You can either risk hodling even further with Shib but I don't see any other altcoin that's worth your money to invest into right now, I'd say just take the profit and be on your merry way, that's the only solution in my opinion that would be good for you, are you sure that you want to invest that profit money into other altcoins that aren't going to guarantee you any profit because they're as risky as they can be, it's probably a good idea if you do some more thinking about what you're going to do with that money, I think Shib's got a really good investor base so it's safe for you to just hodl there but I wouldn't risk it when there's an obvious opportunity to grab the profit right? Its always your choice if you want just subtract the profits from shib and put it into a new memecoin. This is a risky method but theres nothing to gain by being scared. Most tokens are unique and you need to find which one suited you best. But tip of an advise pick a meemcoin that has a lot of supporters or big community because thats the key to a moon mission on memecoin.

frankly speaking if you have made that much amount of a profit selling it for the sake of investing in other coin does make sense, but also most of the coin these days have been increasing just as high as the meme coin that you just mentioned though so its probably gonna be kinda hard finding one that can make you profit and that is not meme coin since it seems you don't really like it.
maybe try those new L2 and some new coins that gonna get listed where they definitely hasn't hit any all time high yet that might be a good coin to invest.
but if you want to tune down the risk, reducing any possibilities of losing money why don't you just put your money into either bitcoin or ethereum anyway.
since they are almost guaranteed to have good rally, not to mention etheruem is just waiting for its ETF probably in the future it will go even higher, can't go wrong with bitcoin or ethereum.

If I were you, and as scared as you're right now, I would do the following – take out my initial capital ($250) and don't reinvest it. Then leave 50% from the $550 difference in Shib as my moon bag. Reinvest the remaining 50% into any alt(s) that I fancy.

However, my true position as an investor in respect to this Shib question would mean I don't do anything yet because I know there's no cause for panic. I will just let the $800 continue to grow until I begin to sight signs of Bitcoin dominance going down. When that happens, I will take out half of the whole cash and allow the rest roll in expectation of an alt rally.

Still too little if only $2K, investing in Bitcoin (BTC) means you're investing for your future . Take it and leave it until 2030 and see what your $BTC becomes. Ethereum (ETH) or Ripple (XRP), I prefer $ETH, try to see what will happen to the development of $ETH this month on Google, yep it's about the Dencun Upgrade. If now you will go to sell your holding SHIBA still you will get 3x profits i think it's huge, if it’s a meme coin of course very popular but at anytime your portfolio will go negative, so i think you should move in another good project i will prefer to invest in Bitcoin also Etherum could be good investment before halving. Shib is a meme project and its value is driven by the whales. Why something has demands that don't have any usecase other than as a collectable item if it is not driven artificially. If you are already in profit then booking some profit and allocating those funds to new project that is working on any trending narratives is a good idea. The bull market is yet to start and many projects are already pumping like crazy, so it can be the last chance to enter the market for profit.

Thing Happens so unexpectedly here in Crypto Space so if you feel this is enough profit that you have generated you can sell your shiba at your own decision. That means you never know the next move of the market if you feel this profit is good for you then take the exit and in case after your exit market gets more bullish and hype then never feel regret why did you exit because in this way you never feel good, comfortable in the crypto space because of the unexpected move of the market. Besides this if we talk about what to buy my recommendation is Bitcoin I can not give any other recommendation over Bitcoin. if you feel any other project can give you more profit then you have to find it at your own risk. There may be a correction in the bitcoin market before the halving event there you can accmulate your points for bitcoin and it also return you good profit but about the desired one I can not say anything because I do not know your goals. SHIB keeps growing. i wouldn't be selling it this early if i were you. this bull run is not over you could make it more than 50x of your initial investment of that SHIB.
just this week alone, it has risen more than 100%. there is a chance that this token will even hit $0.0X if this bullrun lasts up to 2025. leave it be and just wait.

besides the altcoins you are going to buy after have also risen along with Shib. there would have two shitcoins you have to watch out for then. save your time just watch 1 shitcoin, don't add another headache to think about.
