Well, it depends on an individual's belief. But for me, I believe each person has their own presence or energy that brings good or bad luck. You could be right in the analysis of luck that you made, to say that luck is above the outcome of the games that are gambled upon but I also believe that there is a place of preparation before luck will meet you. For example you also have to play reasonable for that game to come out positive for you.
