If the university is not professional and your Ph.D degree is a product of the university, then the professionalism of your degree is also questionable.

If you are a competent professor then you yourself know what the solution is, otherwise there is no point in your Ph.D. Fight if you are brave and stay silent if you don't have the strength. I am no longer a professor because universities are bulls@#$. I am brave, but I will not fight the system from within the system. The only solution to the problem is to call out universities FROM THE OUTSIDE. This means that I must shame all the fools with college degrees who foolishly think that their degrees have intrinsic value. Stop hiring people with college degrees. Stop having s#$ with people with college degrees. Stop voting for people with college degrees. Do not save the lives of anyone with college degrees (I could be saving millions of lives, but I am not doing that any more because I would be saving the lives of people with degrees). You must treat people with college degrees as the pieces of garbage that they really are. You must hate people with college degrees for being so f!@#ing stupid and rotten. Not everyone with a college degree is so stupid. People who realize that college degrees have lost most of their value because colleges refuse to apologize for promoting violence are good even if they do have a college degree. Do you have more clear evidence about the field or university in which you operate? I think degrees have their value, but in terms of wanting to receive respect through the degree (fame) you achieve from people, it also has its own problems. And in the context that you face is a lack of respect, perhaps the environment you are exposed to lacks people who are in sync with you, but I sympathize with you because I myself own many university degrees and when walking on the street, hoodlums will still curse me when they don't care what I do or know . But regardless of them, we don't exist just to fight against outside criticism, especially for capable people, I think they have respect from everyone but not everyone, so just continue to do well in your field regardless of the unnecessary words from around you.

You don't sound as PHD holder. From your english I don't even see any atom of phdisim in you. If life treats you so hard doesn't mean education doesn't favour others. In life we face different and difficult challenges but yet we smile over it as if it didn't have any effect on us. I think you might be a PhD holder that lack maturity. Maturity is not age neither educational qualification but the ability to Witstand difficult situation and keep calm and work towards your victory.
