Recently I saw in a telegram group that scammers have created a fake website of pinksale, and are running a fake presale of a project. Those who participate in Pinksale's presale will now be more careful as scammers have now also created pinksale's fake website exploiting the interest of crypto investors. Since the website looks the same, there are many chances for scammers to trap crypto investors and hack wallets. So before connecting your wallet to any website, you must check the URL of that website, otherwise you will become an easy victim of scammers.

Telegram has always been dangerous for crypto users, Telegram was the best place for scammers to easily scam crypto users in various ways. They create fake websites of various projects at maximum time and promote those websites using Telegram, this is also a similar move. I posted about this scam because pinksale is very popular in crypto market it is likely that many crypto users fall into the trap of this fake website.

With all these scams, almost everyday there's new one. People should use how internet really works (research), use adblocker and stop being ignorant to avoid things that they didn't want to happen especially entering those investment website scams. Idk what pinksale project offers but i don't think it's good to invest on newly made projects these bullrun.

I reported the phishing link, but I don't expect it to be closed quickly.

To be Frank Telegram are so much common for such scam and Discord is now becoming no difference in fact every social media has always have a certain type schemes scammers use there to scam.

More coin and token will be created especially now during bull markets while alot of investors will be interested in the pre-sale but to be Frank it is better to avoid all these ICO, we're in the bull aside from such phishing scam, Rug pull scam, exist scam, pump and dump schemes will be common. It's less risky getting this coins/tokens after their released but if one still consider to invest in ICO, they should be more aware of the risk and always be cautious of everything including if they are following the actual team and if these projects team are actually not scammers

If you join a Telegram channel about cryptocurrencies and you see a bunch of people advertising various projects, then run and do not ever look back.

As mentioned also, TG groups are just one of the most notorious platforms for spreading fake and scam projects. Due to the anonymity that it provides, lots of people create fake wallets with malware in order to trick newbies. Not to mention, if a person randomly messages you telling to invest in a certain project or if they claim that they have free deposit bonuses on an exchange, then that calls for various red flags.

Again, prevention is always better than cure. Avoid these platforms and be responsible enough to double or even triple check every website that you might potentially invest in given that scammers are developing new ways in order to trick people.

Some Dapps are infected and without reading of what you agree every time before giving access to your wallet is dangerous, beside the fake promotions and tempting invest in such project can be tricky even for people who understand these things, but without verifying the original Pinksale website link anyone can get fooled easily and give access to his wallet just to invest a small sum of money, finding himself losing all his assests.
