Hi. Bitstarz rep in this forum was last time online about 4 years ago, so don't expect a reply from them.

Sure it's a bad situation but it was actually you who made a costly mistake, I don't see a scam per definition. Nobody deceived you or stole your money.
Of course just saying "there is nothing we can" do feels wrong. I am sure there would be a lot they could do, they just need to want to help. If they don't, which most likely what will happen, you made an expensive donation.
n that case, there is nothing that can be done unfortunately. You can only appeal to the kindness of their heart so to speak.

How such a mistake can happen is beyond me. Where is this donation address? Right on the deposit page?

Although it was a mistake from the OP as he copied the live support agent tip address to make his deposit. But this is one kind of passive begging technique from BitStarz casino (support service). I have never heard about this kind of message from the support team on any other casino. BTW, this mistake tip (actually deposit) should be refundable. Looks like the support team become greedy after getting a decent amount in BTC.

@OP They got back to me and said that they asked you for a screen recording to show you are the owner of the wallet but you haven`t done so yet. Do it and they will return the funds.
