This will only lead to a possible scam and nothing more than that. You account is new. You are not in any signature campaign. You have no collateral and you need loan. No one will be stupid to borrow you anything.

You need some sort of reputation for anyone to look your way for a way. And business done on the forum stays on the forum incase one part defaults there would enough evidence to sort things out.

I think the number 1 red flag is that in his other thread he started he is trying to buy 0.11 btc via Paypal, but then he wants almost the same amount in here as a loan.

Well, we have seen plenty of these clowns come an go and thankfully nobody is stupid enough to even consider giving this people a single satoshi.
I doubt we will see him again in here, he just left his telegram name and hopes somebody would message him.

Someone will no doubt message him, and offer him a loan after he "proves" he can pay it back by sending the loaner a small fee.
