Greetings Everyone! I hope you're all doing well! Cheesy

As you may know, my last release here was a horde of canvases loaded with bitcoin!

It's been over a YEAR and 6 MONTHS since the contest launch!

AND THE BTCTC GRAND PRIZE REMAINS UP FOR GRABS!! Shocked

CoolStorage.org Presents...

#001 CANVAS CRYPTO PUZZLE CONTEST!

conceptual art project, The Limited Edition pieces of The Times Traveler contain
an intricate crypto puzzle which has been carefully embedded into their design.
Whomever is skilled enough to find the secrets and successfully unlocks the key,
claims all of the BTC locked away in the canvases!

in your image above you highlight a specific area on the piece - on mine that writing is not legible - is it supposed to be?

edit - your last link goes to a page where it says it is .01 for entry - whereas above you state it is .005 - may want to update whichever one is incorrect.

Hey buddy Smiley the magnifying glass effect is to highlight that each canvas is actually a unique individually numbered and signed one off piece.

The only thing you should be able to make out there is the # of your piece and my signature.

BTW contestants, keep an eye out for a free contest raffle incoming soon, thanks!

edit - Yes the correct price is listed here, the price has always been 0.01BTC to enter the contest on the website, I still need to update that due to ATH thanks man Smiley

This looks pretty cool. Kudos for thinking up a fun idea and actually executing it. I’m not sure how I missed this when it was originally announced but am glad I’m seeing it now. Good luck to everyone!

Hey thanks man, if I recall correctly you responded similarly when I originally announced and launched everything in 2022, it's just been a while, greatly appreciated!

I admit to working on this for a bit of time when I first got my canvas, but gave up after what felt like zero progress. Maybe I will have to revisit it now.

Hey Geo you're not alone buddy, I've heard the same from others.

Whats happening is none of the contestant have shown any interest in playing the game as designed, because to ask questions and get answers about the key you have to vote amongst each other on what to ask, and people would rather work alone using only the first clue, than work together and allow other contestants any help or advantage in any way.

This lack of willingness to build a dialogue about what questions to ask to reveal important details about the key stalls the game from proceeding as designed, but it is possible to solve using only the first clue. The good news is the BTC key to sweep the grand prize is right there waiting in plain sight, and as you might imagine it is a considerably larger prize now thanks to our ATH, so no better time to get back at it Grin

For those who may be interested in joining the contest, I believe there are two canvas pieces remaining at this point, thank you!

I don't think it is that at all - I think it is more that the contest makes no sense. But then maybe I am just an idiot that doesnt get what working together to mutually as a group identify the means to retrieve sats that only one person can have. Seems like there would be one winner and the rest are then losers.

I personally have no idea what we would vote on or what questions could possibly be asked.

if someone comes up with anything - I say it now - my vote is ask.

The only real question I have is are were looking for a private key? If so, I have the values for it - just not the order. But when I look at the clue - it means nothing to me nor does it mean anything to anyone I have asked.

So because I asked that question way back when but there was no "vote" it got no answer.

It makes no sense or you're an idiot, I'll go for the latter on that one buddy. Grin

Go read the contest thread, your question was answered a year and a half ago.  Huh
