If there was anyone who could hack your wallet, they would keep the coins.  Do NOT respond to anyone who offers to hack it for you for an upfront fee.

Transactions are irreversible and if you're looking for a hacker here, you'll never get one. In what kind did that guy took your litecoins?

Did you get scammed? Sadly, there's no way to retrieved that unless that person volunteers to return it back to you which I highly doubt and unlike to happen.

Sorry that such deal is difficult to find here that is why in every dealing one must be careful and apply caution and smartness, although it can occurred to any body. Situation like the more you sort solution more you find yourself into another scammer  only believe that grace locate you for volunteering return.
