Thanks, noted the info. But, my token stuck on dex i cant trade there is worth like 150 , quotes me around 0.008 - 0.01 eth to move it at 67 - 70 gwei.
It's stuck on idex ethereum 1 chain, it's been there a while.. so then, i can swap it with metamask or uniswap, but how much will the gas be on that?
Seems i will have to spend $100+ on gas, and end up 50 infront, but its not really as the tokens initially cost about 600 usd.
I have not yet moved my ETH from blast farming page to the main net and the fees kills me too. Been waiting for several days and the gas fees keep stagnant and it's likely you will not able to withdraw your funds without even adding more gas fees to pay the fees. If token is still having higher value than the transaction fees cost and it's still worth to add some ethers to get back your token. Can you name what token is it? Has token supported other blockchain too? several tokens can be traded in the multiple blockchain. Maybe bridging your token is costing less than what L1 dex charged you.
AFAIK, there's this Dencun upgrade that has happened for Ethereum lately. And that is about the decreasing of fees. I don't know why you've been asked for a $120 by that wallet of yours for a $10 worth of ETH to transfer. Gwei(gas fee) right now is around 47 and it's likely $1 but if this is a wallet that's from a dex then it's about the commission that they're getting. One thing that you can do is to always monitor the gas fees and check it out if the fees are acceptable to you to do the transfer.
Dencun is focusing on L2 transactions. it's not increasing the scalability of ethereum transcations. The fees is still remain the same but when you were interacting with L2 blockchain and it will cost you smaller fees compared before dencun implemented on ETH network.
