It’s a scam. That’s how I have programmed my mind. If something looks too good to be true, I see it as 99% scam. The remaining 1% is benefit of doubt. Are you sure you did not see this on Binance Square? Because that’s where people make post of whatever they wish. If you saw an announcement by Binance themselves then it’s definitely 100% legit.
Of course we also have to be careful because the publication method is chained and can enter quickly into all existing grop telegrams either from themselves or us who accidentally inform others that it is very legit using our referrals.
Usually, if it is legitimate, there is a notification from Binance's own web and it is explained clearly and not confusingly for those who follow it whether on twitter or its official Telegram channel.
