While registering using phone internet browsers, the data filling page on Firefox does not show a registration confirmation button, while this is done normally on Chrome. I also did not receive a registration confirmation message either by email or phone number. Some questions caught my attention that seemed strange to me to be on a registration form, such as mentioning the full name, city of residence, and phone number, especially since some of them cannot be changed later. Should this data be consistent with the identification files that may be requested for it? Hello and thank you for sharing your opinion.
I just want to inform you that for all crypto depositors KYC is not required, so I assume that is very good news and it will be much easier to play and withdraw.
just to be clear, when you say "Crypto users are not required to perform a KYC" do you mean that you will never request a KYC verification or you will still request it but for special scenarios? what I mean about it is that I've seen casinos in the past claim that they do not require crypto gamblers to do KYC but on their terms and conditions it is stated that the casino can request for KYC verification at any time. I also understood from the sentence that depositors will not be required to complete KYC verification procedures, which does not seem special at all because all platforms accept deposits even from the countries that support them. The sentence does not mention that they will be able to make withdrawals without undergoing these procedures as well. This brings us back to the debate we are accustomed to about a new casino claiming that it will not require verification procedures to be completed, but does not hesitate to impose them later under any pretext.

Would like to know this also as claims like this have been made alot in the past and whenever somebody wanted to withdraw a large amount of money after they won big on slots/house games than the problems begun. Hopefully this time will be different, but more information would be welcome! Anyway, good luck with the casino, if I have some time to spare I will check it out! To be in a fair position, since the casino is a kyc compliance casino, it better to go through with the kyc before you set out to gamble in large amount, since it be that at some point you will be demanded for that, and to be at ease it better to do kyc when you are not under tension to do so like when you have won a big amount and then being asked to go through with kyc before you could withdraw your winning, because at that point it may become hard or even impossible to do so since some of the kyc terms may not be achievable in your location most especially those that started gambling with the use of VPN. I think, it will be fair enough for the casino that accept kyc to do all it takes not to have countries restrictions, and be free to all since at some point their are going to ask for that and should be fair to the players to have the free hands.

If we look at the last few words, he says that about withdrawal as well so they should not ask KYC for crypto withdrawal if what he says is like a giving guarantee. Of course it will be something debatable later once there is someone who is asked to complete KYC for withdrawal in this casino. It will be better if he says that KYC is not mandatory but it can be requested at anytime for some specific reasons because they have KYC policy so it is hard to believe that there will be no KYC at all for crypto depositors.

If it's not clearly stated on their ToS, then things will keep ambiguis. Even though, they can update the TOS since the same TOS must allows them to make appropriate modifications and updates whenever necessary. Do you know users who review the terms of use, especially if they use the service without problems? It has become an open trick: platforms offer users tempting and attractive terms of use during launch. Users use the platform for a relatively long time without problems until they are satisfied with the quality of service. Then suddenly problems begin under the pretext of suspicion of possibly tampering with the system or attempting to deceive. All of them are legitimate arguments, and on the basis of them, the argument can be given for updating the TOS. I am here stating my opinion in general, and I do not have specific information about Joya’s situation in particular.

If this is about their TOS, I took a look and it was pretty clear they can ask for identity verification if they deemed so and accounts are constantly monitored. There are many clauses that talked about this but I'll just quote a snippet Verification of Your Identity; Money Laundering Requirements
5.2 By agreeing to the Terms of Use You authorize us to undertake any such verification checks from time to time as we may require ourselves or may be required by third parties (including, but not limited to, regulatory bodies) to confirm these facts (the “Checks”). You agree that from time to time, upon our request, You may be required to provide additional details in respect of any of such information You have provided us, including in relation to any deposits which You have made into Your Account. There's also a dedicated page for kyc/aml policies, see: https://joya.casino/info/kyc-and-aml

We should see what's happening, government are already monitoring the crypto market, that includes trading sites and casinos as well. So if they could require a trading sites to implement a KYC before they were given a license, of couse the same thing would happen with the gambling sites as most if not all of them claim to have obtain a license.

Once I start seeing the popular slots providers on the list, I'm already 90% sure the casino has the typical kyc/aml polices since I don't think these providers would wanna work with a full non-kyc platform. But I think there could still be a few gambling platforms out there but we should expect them to be limited like only deploying their own games e.g. l0tt0, 8ombard. But things could change once the platform becomes super well-known. Gambling dapps are also in the gray line.

Definitely that's the expecation, and since people will choose to play in a popular casino to ensure security and minimize the risk, then they should already understand that KYC is coming anytime soon from the moment they started playing. KYC should not be link to scam, because sometimes I can see users complaining about when they win a significant amount, the casino triggers them the KYC and would not release the funds until they are fully KYC verified. If our intention is to really win big then right from the very beginning we should already anticipate that a casino will require a KYC, hence we should be prepared with that or to be safe do it right from the very start. Nowadays, KYC is normal it's a fact that we have to accept even if we still think we are in the decentralized crypto space where anonymity should be enjoyed.

Please let me know if you have any concerns and I will be here to help you. Cheers! Joya Crew Actually, this is always the concern of most gamblers upon seeing new casinos emerging in here in the forum after making their announcement threads. It's always the one million dollar question because based on the past experiences of many gamblers, after winning such amounts, they're now subject to KYC. But if you're telling that there's no need to get into kyc for crypto deposits then it's more assuring if it's also the same with withdrawals. However, that's where the question and answer changes when the casino has always the rights to reserve their rules and we all know about that as well. Typically, most of the casinos won't ask the user into kyc for withdrawals as long as there is no issue with the account and they have no history that seems to be suspicious with their games and wins.

^ The casino asks more than what the rest of the casinos right before you can even play.
Just when I tried to register it already asked me where I live and phone number. I guess if I send my KYC after and didn't match I will be in a big trouble. All I want to do is try out and check that level 4 and 900% bonus which is kinda crazy.
So this is the new Ann thread. I like it that the casino accepts a lot of coins though. I didn't even realize Dash is still alive. Anyway Welcome to Bitcointalk again.

You see these are the issues we face with casino telling people to register no kyc and after they have realized big cash flows in their custody, they quickly change their terms and conditions of service to favor them secretly and any gambler who does not like it so leaves all they have with them. This is the problem faced here with new casinos and I hope your casino would not be like that.

Players who have guts to try their service should prepare for any possibilities since no kyc requirements will never last long as we experience it on other casino. Since for sure they would ask this requirements especially for requesting a withdrawal which they think suspicious or other factor that can trigger this one. KYC is normal requirements now and I guess they just need to be transparent on this so that instead of people will doubt about this requirements people will just think about they are ready that in future they will be subject to pass this requirements when been asked to do by their management.

While registering using phone internet browsers, the data filling page on Firefox does not show a registration confirmation button, while this is done normally on Chrome. I experienced the same thing but somehow I forgot to mention it in my previous reply. When registering using a mobile browser, I couldn't scroll down to the Next and Register buttons after filling all the required details. I had to switch to the desktop version to be able to complete the registration. I also understood from the sentence that depositors will not be required to complete KYC verification procedures, which does not seem special at all because all platforms accept deposits even from the countries that support them.
I believe by "crypto depositors" they meant to say "crypto users"! But even then, with all due respect, I wouldn't rely too much on such statement unless I read the same on their ToS.

True...They have even KYC/AML policy which is against the statement because they still reserve the right to ask players to perform KYC anytime. If their statement in this thread is real, they should add it in their KYC policy page or in their ToS page. There can be issue later if there are crypto players raise a complaint of being asked to perform KYC. The players will use the above statement and the casino will use their general KYC policy which is stated in their official page. In this case, casino will win the argument and players will have no chance to argue more.

Maybe its best for them to give a proper statement regarding on what's reading on their TOS since a lot of people here speculating about that and it can confuse people and might disappointed to try their casino because they might get afraid for what they are reading base on the post made by people. To many guess and speculation posted so its time for them to step up on this situation and put some clarification on the doubts of people since if they don't explain this so well then for sure a lot of confusion will come and maybe this can discourage people to gamble on their casino. Lots of argument will come if people will not get a clear answer on this questions.

Even stupid casino with no license have evolution games provider but you don't have how that??
then go to those casinos, no one will be stopping you. I don't see the point of being angry with a casino that doesn't have the provider that you like. if the casino can't cater to the things that you want, all you need to do is go to a different casino that has all the things that you are looking for in a casino and move on.

Honestly, I think we shouldn't be expecting anymore that casinos that will promote here are gonna give us a full non KYC experience.
Gambling dapps are also in the gray line. .
Hello all, We'd like to emphasize that our platform operates independently, ensuring that game providers cannot influence our verification policies. While Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is not mandatory for crypto users, it's important to note that in the event of detecting suspicious or fraudulent activity, KYC may be required to ensure the validity and security of our platform. Rest assured, KYC is only requested when absolutely necessary to maintain the integrity of our services. We want to reassure our users that this policy will be explicitly outlined in our updated Terms and Conditions, which will be implemented shortly. Our commitment to transparency and security remains paramount, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe gaming environment for all Regarding the providers that you've mentioned, very soon we will have such as Evolution, Relax, Hacksaw etc, so you can enjoy your time playing those ones. Please if you have any concerns let me know and I will try to make it clear Thanks in advance Joya Casino Representative
