Hey guys, so recently I withdrew 3.17 ETH on rollbit in January, they asked me to complete KYC and so I did, they took my personal information and it has been more than 2 months that they haven't released my money, whenever I message support all they is this: "Hey there!

Apologies for the inconvenience. We awaiting a colleague here to have a look. The ETA may vary depending on workload.

We will update you as soon as we have further information to share. Thank you for your patience!"

My feedback for rollbit: It is easy to deposit (they like taking your money)
It is so difficult to withdraw.

Whenever I withdraw money on rollbit there is always some kind of a problem and the waiting time is super high.

I suggest not using the website for gambling.

would you mind providing screenshots of your chat or email conversation with their support? it'll help to bring more context about your issue with Rollbit.

I have seen instances where casinos take months before releasing a gambler's funds, but when this happens, the casino is usually conducting an investigation on the account which could take a while. would be nice if Rollbit could clarify whether the 2 months+ delay was due to an investigation or not.

I'll PM'd their forum representative(Rollbit Razer), perhaps he can bring more info about your issue with their casino.

You can’t do anything than wait for them if their reason of holding your account is due to investigation because it can take longer for at least 6 months for some casino as standard investigation time.

You can follow @acroman08 suggestion to provide screenshots so that user here can have a glimpse to your case and might help you to connect on the Rollbit reps here to make the investigation faster. 2 months of waiting is already too long now may @Razor can help you to get your funds while the current price of ETH is already skyrocketed since the time you made your deposit.

Wait one more month I would say. Three months seems okay to make a conclusion.

If you don't have a reasonable response then you can collect evidences like deposit information, bet history, withdrawal ID (if there is any) and then create a scam accusation but as per my knowledge Rollbit is a reputed casino and they takes their issues seriously. Considering the reputation, I am hoping your case will be resolved soon.

My feedback for rollbit: It is easy to deposit (they like taking your money)
It is so difficult to withdraw.

Whenever I withdraw money on rollbit there is always some kind of a problem and the waiting time is super high.


My curiosity is on this part. So have you confirmed with other users what their experience is when withdrawing? Yes it is almost very easy for all casinos not to have problems with deposit but takes time to release winnings.

Therefore, apart from this time that is taking longer for you, since you have noticed such delays on your account, have you made effort to verify what is causing the delay or if your account has been flagged for some sort that is making them do sure investigation on your account always. I think 2 monthly is a long time to release winning to a user who is not encumbered with any verification or KYC.

      -   It seems that the duration is also 2 months and it looks like it will take another 3 months. Did the support tell you the reason why they still don't have a result regarding your concern op? Because if that's the only answer to you, no matter what you do, you can't really do anything but wait.

But you have the proof of evidence, right? just keep it aside you might need it in the near future just for proof. Do you have any idea why you can't get your money out? because if you know yourself that you have done something that is not good, then for sure you should not rely on that in my opinion.

It takes time to verify KYC documents as they are not based in your country. I would say be patient as it is all you can do, jumping to any conclusion will only destroy your hope of getting your amount. The key word here is patience, I understand your concern and the time that they have taken to release your funds, while you might be correct with the thread. But, it does not help you with your outcome as they are one of the most reputed casinos in the forum. This might be the first, second, or third complaint I have seen about them.

If you cannot hold your horses then submit screenshots of what you have written and post them on the reputation board. Do remember that it should be the last option that you should go ahead with. Therefore it will be wise to wait for a few more days before escalating your concern with your withdrawal issue.

I think that now that the forum representative of Rollbit is here, somehow a thorn will be pulled out of the op's throat from despair. Here is @Rollbit Razer. I hope you can help the op if he is saying something true to his concern in that matter.

Because it seems like 2 months has passed since the last time the OP talked to your support at RollBit. After all, the OP has given the necessary KYC. Just follow up and assist the OP. We just don't know what his account is on RollBit.

s of your problem Op, try to contact them and ask what's the main reason behind this issues cause they don't do this if your account was not being suspected or violate their rules and regulations. Anyways op you can provide the evidence such us screenshot in order to get some attention to the team and then once you got their reply you can ask them why is that happen. but as of now you can't do anything, you must wait and hope that you can get your money back.

I think 14 days is the maximum to resolve any problem. try contacting rollbit signature manager at btt. who knows, it might help you to connect to the desired section. but if you carry out the command correctly, I think the best way is to wait for Rollbit's decision. I hope your problem is resolved quickly.

Sorry to ask, because with this your explanation, it seems you're appearing here to be innocent and what first transpired between the two of you all started with them requesting for your kyc information's, how sure are you that this has been completely satisfied and verified, they may be insisting on something else in which you are not telling us right now, at least we are only hearing the whole show from your end, rollbit has a good reputation and there's no point they can use in holding down your fund, try to identify the reason why you cant make the withdrawal, i suspect if you have not broken one of their rules.

Two months to verify Kyc documents isn't very usual thing on any casino, probably there is an underlying issue exist that cause the delay which can be explained only from the casino side. I can see already Rollbit representative came out to provide help so OP has to PM him with all the details and if everything is okay then the issue will be resolved in couple of days max.

Hey guys, so recently I withdrew 3.17 ETH on rollbit in January, they asked me to complete KYC and so I did, they took my personal information and it has been more than 2 months that they haven't released my money, whenever I message support all they is this: "Hey there!

Apologies for the inconvenience. We awaiting a colleague here to have a look. The ETA may vary depending on workload.

We will update you as soon as we have further information to share. Thank you for your patience!"

My feedback for rollbit: It is easy to deposit (they like taking your money)
It is so difficult to withdraw.

Whenever I withdraw money on rollbit there is always some kind of a problem and the waiting time is super high.

I suggest not using the website for gambling.

Maybe you have evidence, right? Maybe even if you have a screenshot, you can show that what you are saying is credible, so that when it comes to the end, it turns out that you are the one at fault when it comes to the investigation that they will do.

That's why it seems like 2 months is too long; even I would probably feel disappointed when something like that happened to me if I knew that I was right and I wasn't doing anything wrong on the gambling platform.

Yeah, we need proof. Its really that easy to make some accusations online but no showing of proof is really just simply trolling.  Cool

Rollbit had been here for how many years, they did have a good reputation and recognition on crypto gambling space. Issues might raised up but its impossible
that they would be locking up some withdrawals without any reason. If they've been telling you to comply something or wait then there's nothing you can do
but to do such thing.

Since you are getting an apology reply from them it then means that you are still on track and the delay may be likely due to under staffing from m the casino and for that the only thing I can tell you is to keep on reminding them and give more time to see if your issues will be resolved by then, you can send a weekly followup reminder and as you do that take screenshots of all evidences of your transactions on the casino.
So in case the failed to come around to resolve your issues, you will still have evidences to sport your claim when you want to open a scam accusations against them, but for now I guess you should wait further.

3.17 Ethereum which is around 11,500$ trading now, until now nobody can believe or make sure of what you are saying until you provide the needed proofs, deposit proof, screenshots and conversations between you and rollbit team. 2 months of waiting seems a little bit annoying to wait for your earnings, especially if your deposit also is a big sum.
I prefer also if you open a case with casino.guru providing them with all proofs, it’s a good way to accelerate the process of withdrawing your money if it is deserved, however, if you have done anything against the casino rules, you should assume the consequences.

I don’t think that Rollbit would destroy their good reputation for such an amount of money.

Exactly, and I think saying all of these things without any proof makes no sense.
I do understand the stress and frustrations that comes with situations like this but I think Rollbit has been a reputable member of the family and also runs two separate campaigns on the forum, considering how much they spend on advert and publication, I don’t think they will run with your money even if it’s a $50k, so what I will advice is that you try reaching them over here on the forum as I think you’ll get a more faster response from them and if you have proves, it will be much more easier for you to resolve whatever issues you have with them.

Goodluck and also do well to report back to the community when your issue gets resolved atleast to clear their name of every evil your post must have portrayed.
