Yes. Bulls and bears are already there and part of the market. You already state their use cases but when it comes investing methods, there is also what we called as DCA. It works by buying regularly disregarding the price of the coin or the status of the market. It forces us to buy immediately and eliminate regrets for not buying because we waited for a perfect dip and the price didn't dip even just a little.

The price have dipped lately for some reasons but I don't think we will get to $20k just like that because we are still far away from it and don't forget the halving time is about to occur, which will going to help the price to recover and rise before we even get there. People already feel the bull this year despite of the dip that happened. People are already assuming for $100k even before but we might have more chance to see it this year.

I don't think it's good for beginners who are just starting to invest to listen to advice from other people about the investments they make if they don't have the slightest understanding about the investment, but if they have a good understanding of course they will be able to judge what other people's advice is. give them whether they can use it for investment or not.

When we enter the market in bearish conditions, of course this will be able to provide profits from the investment and we must be able to collect with the capital we have and we must also be able to withstand the bullish market to be able to enjoy the profits.

Saying that he should buy at bear season means he may end up not buying at all because the bear season may not come anytime soon and the more he keeps on waiting for a dip the more likely he may spend the money he wanted to invest with. All he needs do is just to Buy and Use the DCA then when a dip comes up he can buy more Bitcoins and add to his portfolio.
Those who always wait for a dip are mostly people who are into trading because they are always after the short term profits.

You sound contradictory here because basically when the market pumps some hodlers sell their coins and a dip occurs then those that are waiting for a dip buys at that material time and the price pumps again and when there is heavy inflow the price skyrocket further so with this chain reaction the market becomes so compouded during the bull run because new investors will be moving in to the market to make investments and within that period the price continues to surge higher therefore the bull has already occurred.

There are three type of investors the first one being those who always wait for the dip to invest in order to maximize the returns when the value pumps, second one are long term investors who don't care of price and go for long term which gives them guaranteed profit on longer run and then they don't bother checking the price everytime then we have third type and most effective kind of investment which is DCA. I think all of them can earn good and I prefer DCA as you don't feel pressure of bulk investment and market fluctuations and sometimes when you wait for dump the market rallies and you don't get chance to buy Bitcoin but DCA solves this issue as well. I think we all should do DCA to get the most out of it.

Bitcoin is not just about price but Bitcoin value even though everyone who chooses to hold for the long term saves the goal of profit from returns when the price rises high.

For investors who choose to use the DCA method, which is carried out regularly every time and aims for the long term, perhaps they don't care too much about the price because if you calculate the amount, in my opinion they are in a profitable position.
For me personally, price doesn't really matter when it comes to getting Bitcoin to hold long term.

Investing and holding Bitcoin is always beneficial and does not matter the market condition. Although there are several ways to accumulate Bitcoin one of the recommended ways is to do DCAing. The current market condition is just a phase as after those big gains profit booking was going to happen. In the past before halving Bitcoin would always go through a major correction this might be another correction on the cards. Or it can be a temporary phase as the demand to buy Bitcoin is growing whereas the supply is limited for now. After halving the supply will be lower than now but the demand won't fade away so expect another big push on the price of Bitcoin after halving thanks to spot ETFs.

Bitcoin does not have a purchase period right, but the cheaper we can buy it will be the period most awaited by many buyers because it is not a time that we will easily get because the current price will tend to rise. The price for now is down around $800 from the last ATH so it could be said that this is a good period to also buy it because the ATH of around $72,000 is just the beginning of the highs that will be reached next year if what is predicted goes as expected.
When Bitcoin starts to pass the last ATH, it will still be a good period to buy, but the opportunity to keep it longer will be possible, especially if you buy it at a price above $100,000, but for investors of course that is not a problem because the target is long term.
