Is there an analogue for BTCrecover Android?

 I was recently interested in one question.

  Nowadays, the spread of smartphones is so widespread that analogues of some technical programs in the field of cryptography and blockchain, adapted for use on Android and IOS smartphones, are becoming increasingly relevant.

  For example, maybe some of you know applications for Android/IOS that are convenient for smartphone users, which are analogues of BTCrecover?
  Or Android applications that have similar functionality, perhaps even somehow limited for specific tasks.

  Has anyone already created a similar programs?

Phone computational power is very low to the computational power of computers. This would be one of the reasons they may not extend password, seed phrase and passphrase recovery tools to Android but stay with computer operating systems. I will not advise for this.

With what I known, I have not seen anything like that before. But if you convert your Android phone OS to Linux or Windows OS, you will be able to run the recovery tools also on your phone, but that is no more Android as you converted it to Linux or Windows. Linux has some mobile phone compatible versions.

FWIW, you can run Linux distro inside Android using application such as UserLAnd. But the harder part is checking whether all dependency required by btcrecover exist on ARM-based CPU.

I wouldn't be surprised if my (high end) phone has more computing power than my (old) laptop, but I'd never use it for anything serious. Phones are terrible to secure, it's much easier to run an offline laptop and wipe it afterwards.

Naturally, you are talking about some accounts that contain quite large amounts of Bitcoin or cryptocurrency.  For such accounts, it is logical to use hardware wallets. 
But for any cryptocurrency lover who has been involved in this topic for a long time, the number of all kinds of wallets or accounts is in the dozens, I have no doubt about it.  And for example, on some of them, for example, Satoshi worth less than $10.  It is in such cases that there will be a demand for some simple applications on Android.  Roughly speaking, when the owner of such wallets with small amounts is simply too lazy to engage in serious programs like the same BTCrecover.  For example, why should he bother with Python, with the command line and fiigure it all out, if in the Android application he simply entered a password and received a couple of keys. 
It’s convenient and I think it will still be in demand.  And the performance of the latest smartphones is indeed very good.

Well, of course, I agree that this is a dangerous business. 

Perhaps because of such fears, none of the specialized programmers are trying to create such programs for smartphones.  This is understandable and generally quite justified.
 Well, if no one writes any information in this thread about such work on technical applications, then fine.

Think about it: a mobile phone is easy to loose, is easy to get stolen, you do all kinds of stupid internet and social media shit on mobile phones, you install all kinds of questionable apps on mobile phones (you do hunt the "free" ones, don't you? Guess with what you "pay" the "free" ones...). On Android the majority of users use a closed-source keyboard app: do you know what this keyboard app really does with your keyboard entries? Shall I continue? I'm fine, I have air-condition under my tinfoil hat... 

I find it really really strange how people strive to use their mobile phones for crypto wallets. It's fine when your crypto wallet only contains pocket money sums. I wouldn't go past very few hundreds of $$ eqivalents in a mobile phone wallet.

I recall average high-end phone may reach 50 degress on high usage. But FWIW, external phone cooler exist.

In this case, i expect people would look for free and user friendly recovery software where they don't care whether it's on Android or other OS. Although it's different case if they also don't have either computer or laptop.

Well, actually, I had in mind precisely such cases when, for some personal reason, the user only has a smartphone, probably quite modern, but he does not have access to a computer or laptop.  And now such situations happen in life; in some countries, this is even a very common life situation.  And in such a situation, the user has no opportunity to deal with his old wallets.  Because there are no necessary applications for the smartphone.

Yeah, i'm aware some people only own smartphone. But aside from nobody create such application, such application would have less feature since an Android application can't just access file (e.g. wallet file) created by different Android application, unless your device is rooted or that file is stored on storage which can be accessed by all application. I don't expect we'll see such application unless someone got paid to port BTCrecover (or similar application) to Android and add GUI for it.
