With equal effort and fatigue, wages are equal, right?

 As a man, i know  very well:

Men and women should share interest in both children and household affairs. Men's violence against women must end. Schools, universities and workplaces must work to be gender equal. Women and men should have the same opportunities for good health and good care. There are many aspects, rights and duties that men should share equally with women, and this is taken for granted, but I believe that the world is full of problems greater than these, such as wars, diseases, pests, and the disappearance of principles. Values and the destruction of societies.

But I do not know why some people want wages to be equal with women and isolate the rest of the serious problems, knowing that among men themselves they are not equal, from the foundations of infrastructure? Who built the houses and roads? Who does the hard work?

Each individual has a role to play in business.  I will use your example on roads.  A woman can be one of the engineersnin making the road infrastructure.  Equality in women involves having the opportunity to become someone and have access of achieving it.  Once they have the access and means to become an engineer, then the wages, benefits, and compensation must also be equal with their men counterpart.  You cannot pay men engineers higher compensation than women engineers since they will perform the same functions.

Hence, gender equality is important and one of the manifestatiom of this is equal wages and salaries to the women and men.

There should be no discussion when it comes to this. Gender should not play in the workplace.

Employees should be given what they deserve and what they worked for.
Being a man or a woman should not deter them from having good opportunities and

I am for equality, whatever is the rightful pay for each efforts then it should be retaliated with the correct pay. No matter what task you do, it should be aligned with the pay.

Long time before, it's okay to argue and say that only men build roads. But in modern times, skilled and professional women have their own contributions with those too.

Male or female, it doesn't matter. If your employer does not pay you what you believe your work is worth, then you can find a new employer who will.

If no employer will pay you what you believe your work is worth, then either nobody recognizes its worth or it is not worth as much as you believe.

You put the perception here as wrongly , because you questioned about the physical job/capacity but you did not mentioned that those who are working in infrastructure ? there are also women in which for engineering and other position that needs their service.
but if you are talking about labor? then this is about the employers decision and who are you to question them?
if the employer wanted to pay them equally then it is their perception and decision.

Well this your statement is two sided as much as wage us concerned every employer have it Way if administration some time may be open to employee it hidden all lies on the hand of employer .

But there some wages that equal payment is required example employer agree with you as mix up gender to be paid 100k for Carry one cubic of concrete, if at the end of the job hie do you expect the sharing formula to be outside equality as all effort is made one to Carry out the concrete as demanded by employer.

I keep my full respect in Women , but I do believe that there are work that they cannot
compete or be the same as Men , like those construction work that needs to  carry heavy materials
and yes they are known to be less muscles in that term.but in all jobs they are competent as men
but not in so physical jobs.

The blanket statement that men are stronger than women is not accurate. There are some women that are stronger than some men.

So, assuming that women are not as competent at construction work as men is wrong. It depends completely on the person and not their gender.

IMO, it depends on the current life situation so we can reassess the problem when both men/women are equal in our way of thinking but in life it is expressed in actions. And we can't ask for everything without actually doing anything, I think even if women have the ability, they will receive back what they can contribute, but always understand that they on the part of those who are not as healthy as men, they are free to choose jobs that are within their abilities, and need to receive more love.

I'm not too particular about who has to make better money, but building a good family life requires cooperation, not separation.

Sarcasm aside. It's simply about fairness and treating everyone equally. If a woman is doing the same job as a man, she should get the same pay. Its as simple as that. Paying women less just because of their gender is plain wrong and perpetuates inequality. Plus when women are paid fairly, it benefits everyone. It boosts the economy, promotes social justice and creates a more balanced and inclusive society. So yeah equal pay for equal work is a no-brainer for me
