In addition, people need to  understand that if you are going to put gambling in your life then you must still be very very responsible person. Otherwise you'll take for granted what is truly important to you. You may neglect your job, family, friends, or important occasions. Its not really that bad to gamble, the only main issue on here is on how you would really be that making yourself that having that control once you have done it? We do know that not all people would really be having on the same control when it comes to things specially with gambling. I will not say that he don't have any time for his entertainment he can limit is entertainment hours by this he will found some hours for his rest. From a very wide view of things, I think gambling should be done as something that is purely based on stress free  kind of activity or maybe you are bored and wants to get some action then I think some different forms of gambling got you covered although for some person the excited get to their head and they fail to manage themselves properly and before you know it they end up regretting their whole session because they can end up chasing after loses that are long gone.

Quite agree with you bud, the tighter our schedule, the harder it is to really give time to gambling in such a manner it doesnt turn out to become a problem to us.

I can conclude that when a person forces himself to gamble when he has no free time and only has time to rest to regain his fitness and prepare himself for the next day's work then it is the same as you risking your work for gambling, or you are sacrificing time for other more important things just for the sake of gambling which is nothing more than a place to have fun and besides there is absolutely no compulsion and rules from the casino that tell you to gamble at certain times which means you are free to gamble anytime if you have the right time.
