It seems like gambling should be done comfortably and relaxedly, if you don't have much free time left then it's best not to force yourself to gamble because it will make the gambling you do uncomfortable and as you said, when we don't feel comfortable with the gambling we do can make big mistakes such as betting high amounts or continuing to gamble even though they have experienced consecutive losses. I think one reason your free time could be wasted on gambling is that you can actually use it to be more productive as we all know that we spent our precious time, money and effort on it so I think we should utilize it for positive results.
