I think the use case and marketing both are very important for the success of the project.The use case is important because if use case of the project is good than you know it can have a word of mouth and it can spread like fire because of the good use case people spread it over a wide range of individuals.As they will get benefit from their usecase and on the other hand if the project has good marketing team and they have some good skills on of marketing then the project will have a greater influence in the market and you know they can cash out there use case very well.

So its very important for a  project it doesn't matter that it has a good use case or not if the marketing is not good then it will be of no use so these both points play a major road in the success of the project.

Really I think when a project promote the platform based on the ability of the ecosystem and being provable for users will indeed attract investors, since their are Belton have a working system that will support the project innthe future.

Unlike some of the pump and dump coins that are prompted some times, where there lack any visible ecosystem that will serve as a propeller to the project in the future,  this is how it works with experience investors,  because is far better and offer ore peace of mind when one know that the project have a working ecosystem to support and provides liquidity for the project.

What's DePin? or you mean DeFi?

Gaming tokens and AIs are no longer as big as you're considering them to be. Although they're not yet past their prime and there are still some attentions given to them by their own communities.

But it doesn't mean that they're going to have a good future. This market is still all about being profitable and regardless of what narrative or type of project you are looking at, if you know that you can make some money from it, I think that's what makes sense on this bull run.

i have no idea what DePIN means until I search about it. it sounds very new to me, but when I read about physical infrastructure like a hardware infrastructure, it already means it's not decentralized. 

i would pick AI since it's already driving this market into the bull run. we see AI tokens rallying for weeks so that's one positive effect of AI while Gaming is not the same as it was when AXie kids were making millions.

I always look for a working product and th mind of service the new project has to offer I usually wouldn't get in if it's the replica of same projects which are already available in the market wr need something new and unique which should solve our real life problems and make it easier for us to complete certain task. I think Gaming had been trending high but AI will eventually take over the spot sooner or later.

AI, DePin and RWA are some trending narratives in the industry right now. GameFi also has massive utilities that can boost its ecosystem. DeFi also has massive daily users and DeFi projects are generating money. So i guess if any project is working on any of these narratives, it will easily get attention, and investors will try to make their position in those projects. For any altcoin whatever narrative it is on, i think we still have time before the whole altcoin market starts moving upward.

Trending narratives by definition says you are hoping on the hot topics and "following the ass-end" of the crowd/heard. Where are the bold people who actually want to try new things and jump ahead of the crowd? Many people claim to want that, but they often do not act that way when given a chance. Have others noticed this reality in the BTC community, and many other places?

This potential bull run coming I will say the AI category and gaming tokens are still the category most hyped is getting into. The AI hype was help with recent hype around all AIs like ChatGPT, as for the gaming tokens we all know how the game industry is growing and many investors will like to test out the new technology using blockchain.


Another area of narrative I think is going to move during this bull run is the Layer 2 coins or tokens. This layer 2 coins are mostly regarded because of their ability to be a bit scalable than the Ethereum network and this has driving many investors into buying in. The most sorted after is the Solana network  which is also generating hype due to the nature of the tokens build under it

You have to check the market to see what's trending right now and right now Meme is doing good, you did include it in your post but yes they are doing great right now, gaming already has its glory days and they are fading, while AI they are just starting and we will see this concept trending probably this year.
So far meme coins have gotten investors' attention many chains have their own version of meme coins.

Are you not forgetting AI, Memecoins and BRC-20 tokens this are the narrative that I think have been gaining alot of attention in the market and to be more direct I also think solana memecoins being enjoying the biggest gainers as investors are just investing in any memecoin that is built on Solana Blockchain. Top exchanges as Binance are also listing them on their exchanges therefore giving the project more publicity and trading volumes.

AI are also gaining attention as I'm seeing more AI projects being launched through presale and launched pad. After some chat AI began to trend everything AI has being making profits in the market and I think this trend will  continue into the bull market as more money comes in and moves towards the AI narrative. BRC-20 tokens as ordinals are making this trend to get some attention too, that's my thoughts.

Gaming with some innovative platforms gives their investors a chance to earn in an active way where as long as they are grinding inside the game, he has a big chance to increase their earnings without limits. Surely this kind of game will attract more attention than just regular traditional games powered by crypto which is kinda not very popular nowadays for gamers since they have lots of competitors and most of them almost have identical platforms. So, it should be innovative enough to make a noise and create huge hype throughout the crypto industry and the gaming world as well.

aside from gaming which i kinda really get into i mean i've been seeing some good games being released from developers of AAA game in the crypto space these days and its a good sign that finally someone that have idea to make a game finally make a jump, I guess i'm more inclined to follow or at least put my attention to some project that are about omnichain protocol or L2 these days.
mainly because those are where the money at, i really like to follow the trend since making profit by following the trend is really good but overall I rarely invested into a coin that at least
already kinda outdated speaking from the technology so I prefer to just invest in a new L2.
if I were to choose a project from the above i would choose gaming though the AI side of the blockchain seems rather immature in my opinion but the DePIN category like render and FIL is definitely something that i would try to look into since they've been gaining massive money these past months.

narrative AI will still dominate the market. Seeing that the development of AI is now increasingly advanced, yesterday the world was shocked by the appearance of Chat-GPT, now it has spread to Google which has formalized Gemini as a replacement for Bard.

The AI hype will not die, it seems, in a few months or in 1 year. Memes will also still dominate, at least for the next 1-3 months. then the rest of the narrative will follow.

These trends are driven and it is difficult for us to say no to them, depending on different project scales there are different ways to evaluate them. We are witnessing many new launches from many different projects, and it is easy to see many areas being considered mainstream in the upcoming period. I think if we ignore the main trend, everyone participating in the market relies on opportunistic beliefs, and operating projects also need money to maintain operations, so as long as the circulation is smooth. Every stage will see the growth of some projects. And in the current context, it is easier for us to choose a good outcome.

These three classifications are quite interesting, so in my opinion, anyone, be it me, an investor or others, the first thing they will look at is Selection and will choose one of the AI projects by looking at the opportunities, growth potential, first from now on which one has real application of the concept. and sustainable.

So, referring to the assumptions above, perhaps my choice will also be the same as other friends and you, namely towards AI with the assumption that the technology will gradually be integrated into everyday life and also to help accelerate business processes in the future, so I am confident that the project AI-based ones are seen as a smart long-term investment and it is certain that this will also be a trend in the future.

I feel AI would take over gaming in sometime now. The amount of innovation coming up in AI everyday is mind blowing. I have seen crypto projects generally follow what is trending globally. The next narrative will be AI and we will see a lot of new cryptocurrency related to AI trending in the market.

To be honest, I never invest in projects by seeing their narrative or to which trend they belong, all I see is whether the project has something to offer and whether it has the potential to stay long in the market and perform very well. If I find potential in it, no matter whether it is related to AI, DeFi, Gaming, NFTs, or anything in general, I would go and invest in it.
However, if a project has no potential at all, it lacks in everything starting from its website to its team and what use case it provides, then I would never invest in it even if it is from a topic that is trending at the moment.

Which is as it should be, very often on reddit and other websites like that, all what you see is people trying to invest in a coin simply because of the hype it can generate around it.

And while this kind of strategy can generate some short term success, which is what those people are looking for, the majority of those that follow that strategy will suffer greatly because of it, as the majority of the coins that we have on the market are either scams or poor lead projects.

Unfortunately I don't care if it's AI, Gaming or DeFi (I've never heard of DePIN, but I'm sure you mean is DeFi).  To me it's all the same.  I look more at the opportunities, features and functions offered.  Of the three, I am less interested in games, because their functions are limited.  But if they touch a lot of functions and items, it interests me more because it has the hope of being more useful for society.  Of course I really need a clear-headed analysis, I really compare the offer with what they have done.  As long as the project is realistic and makes sense, I will select it and include it in my portfolio.
