web3 will Revolutionize Online Shopping and rewards

IMO, this doesn't make payments more secure. Because there will be more scammers that will target these online shoppers and whether they use crypto or just do it for rewards, they're the ones that are more prone to this. We even see these things happen in real life and a lot of old folks are victims of these online frauds and that's why I think that these online shopping rewards are going to be the same whether they're in web3 or not. Though, I have seen projects like these before and they're not appealing at all nor gained traction.

I've seen it briefly, but I don't think it's very interesting.  I've monitored several projects about online shopping but it seems this theme is less popular.  Anyway, they use Memecoin and i don't think it will be stable.  I also saw their timeline which did not specifically explain their work plans.  I just saw a tough job list there and I doubt they can get it done on time.  Maybe for now I can't find a reason to support it because I think a project like this is prone to fraud and transaction problems.  Might have to wait until they launch their Gomi mall to review further.

The using of bitcoin to pay for things you buy online and pay for services online was one of the main reasons of Satoshi Nakamoto of creating bitcoin but that aspect of using bitcoin has been forgotten and only the investment part does exist. But really if bitcoin is using to pay food items, clothes and other things online then fiat currencies will behave well and couple with the bitcoin investment then the world will be nice planet to enjoy life. It is only few countries accepting bitcoin for only shopping and even those countries, it is only few persons that shopping with it and not everyone.

And I think that is the last dream for all cryptocurrency enthusiast. In my location I have not seen anyone does that which they are accepting bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies for payment method. But time is coming that it will happen but not coming soon.

there have been several online shops accepting cryptocurrencies but none so far that has become adopted mainstream. it's still the regular fiat that internet users are using to purchase things. i think because of the transaction fee as well, will stop even the crypto user from making transactions.

what is happening is that we are using a mobile app to convert BTC to fiat and this app can be used to purchase in online shops.

I am not sure how this will happen, as for online shopping a user needs to verify their address and personal information like their name or number. But the payment methods can be decentralized with a Web3 service provider. Shopping and rewarding people for their orders is already happening in all the online marketplaces. So the rewarding part is not anything new anymore so the marketing minds need to be more innovative to attract and keep repeat customers.
