I think this is a very tasty soup as i believe I'm familiar with this beef soup?  maybe this will be dangerous for those who has Highblood pressure if the beef is fatty .
but like what some post above says it is depending in the eater if he had issues in specific part of the body that the soup ingredients will affect them.

I agree with you that beef soup may not be good for everyone because beef soup may be harmful for people with high blood pressure. But if you talk about other soups then I can say most soups help in maintaining good health. When most of us are hospitalized, the doctors recommend soft or light meals, in which case many direct soups are recommended.

Soup is at the top of the food list for many of us, but many of us do not know how healthy or dangerous it is for us. In many cases, it is very tasty and very beneficial for health and there are some people who are physically ill. For them, soup may be an uncomfortable subject for many people for this reason. They refrain from eating soup because they think it is too dangerous for their health. But I think there are many types of soup that are beneficial for many people's health.

We all know the importance of soups to lose weight and keep the body healthy.  Soup is considered a healthy food all over the world.  Even eating soup has been proven to help with weight loss.  Most of the soup is water.  As a result, the calorie content is very low.  As a result of this, the digestion is better and the soup meets the water requirements of the body.  Vegetables, meat and vegetables are mainly used in soup.  Which is really full of protein.  Also, the soup is very low in salt.  And because of this low salt, the weight is lost quickly.  Soup is the best dinner for those with digestive problems.  All the minerals and vitamins required by the body are available from the soup.  It also fills the stomach very well.  Try to finish dinner by 9 pm.

The problem I understand is how we will use these foods to benefit from them. Dishes related to soup have a special flavor, and in some countries it is an indispensable special dish. So it's understandable that it has been proven, but certainly excessive use can cause health problems, like a person becoming obese from eating too much food.

So I just want to rethink any of the mentioned subjects and look at the core, and here the usage depends on the person and the products are just a means for us to feel.
Actually each country has their own soup specialty and in my country even each provinces has their variety of soup that i come to try when i visit those provinces .
but like what said before, everything that over taken will bring harm to our body.

Every food and every thing has a measurement, if you don't follow the quantity then any kind of food no matter how good it is will be harmful to your health. Because nothing extra is good for health, on the contrary you have to adopt health awareness. If you consume any food in excess then it will definitely be considered very harmful for your health.

Because it has been proven , since my existence in this world soup is what brings us healthy again when we are sick , and this is actually my comfort food , this really change my mood everytime .
I love Soup specially meat soup with vegetables.

As far as I know soup has many health benefits. Drinking plenty of water throughout the day is essential to staying properly hydrated, but soup can help contribute to your overall fluid intake. Especially during the colder months, the warm temperature of the soup feels soothing and comforting. Packaged soups from various outside companies can be hazardous to health. So homemade soups packed with various vegetables, meats and other nutritious ingredients are very healthy. Although soup may not directly cure dehydration, soup is still a valuable health food item.

Soup has historically been used as a stomach filler - prevent the rumbling and discomfort in between periods of feast.

When an army ran out of meat, they could still feed their armies by putting everything in a large pot with lots of water and heating it up.

Today we eat soup for convenience and being able to control what goes in.   Plus, it allows us to intake certain vitamins if we don't like the raw taste.  Smiley

This was a great fact about soup that I didn't know until now, thanks for sharing.

I prefer thick soups (like chowder) because they make you feel full longer than a 1:1 soup mixture.

I love this type of soup like you, I can't get or use to eat all types of soup. There are many types of soup that I don't like the smell and taste of.

Well when my nephews are sick we like to give them some soup. It does loosen mucus in the throats and does help them with rehydration.
Chicken soup with some rice or noodles. And then some vegetables in it and spices it is healthy and will make you feel not sick anymore. I will not put some spicy food in it like those jalapenos peppers.

Because it has been proven , since my existence in this world soup is what brings us healthy again when we are sick , and this is actually my comfort food , this really change my mood everytime .
I love Soup specially meat soup with vegetables.
there is a Pork Leg soup that I love , and up to now this is my favorite and comfort soup that my
Mother is preparing specially when my Birthday celebration ,  and actually this becomes our family recipe
that has been passed from generations.

Soup is definitely very beneficial for our health. Soup is not made with some bad ingredients which will harm our health a lot. Soup may not sound like fun to many but it is very beneficial and fills various health deficiencies. Some countries consider soup as a food and some countries don't like this soup but maybe our Bangladesh is one of them because most people of our Bangladesh do not like to eat soup. But I like it a lot. I sometimes make it at home and sometimes I go to a restaurant and order soup.

this is what I also do , before proceeding to my daily workout  I will put my meat in the slow cooker
and yeah I will let it there till I come back and when i come back i will just put vegies and salt/pepper 
and its ready to go .
there is  good  and healthy fat and since I am not in carbohydrates so i can eat good fats.

There's a few things.

Minerals and vitamins dissolve into the broth which makes them easier for your body to digest.

Depending on your illness, you may not have much of an appetite, but liquids are easier to consume.

Steam/humidity also helps with your sinuses if you have a respiratory illness.

Soup has always been my go-to comfort food, and there's something about it that just feels good for the soul. Beyond the warm fuzzy feeling, I truly believe in its health benefits.

I remember when I was feeling a bit under the weather, my grandma would whip up a pot of homemade chicken soup with organic broth. It was like a hug in a bowl! I don't know there are bad ingredients in soup until it turns into stale food.  I would consider soup to be one of the most watery or watery foods in our world.  Because soup contains all the ingredients of carbohydrate protein, vitamin minerals fat food.  Moreover, the fiber of the ingredients used in the soup is intact. The soup contains 92% water which is easily digested.  A bowl of soup can easily eliminate dehydration. Soup needs vary from person to person.  For example, those who have more fat in their body can eat vegetable soup.  And those whose fat content is low can eat chicken or egg soup.  Children generally don't like vegetables and will eat them in no time if they can be served in soup.  Soup easily gives energy to the patient.

but soup must not consider as meal mate because soup is just added in each meal like
 in my country that we keep putting soup in every meal imagine carbs,fats and protein with
vegetables  , we are mostly in fish soup or meat soup.

maybe some are preparing soup that they have allergy .
