why is it when i try to withdraw btc it saids can not send to specified address please try again later what is the deal

Yup... people have been converting it to other currencies at slightly inflated price and getting it out of there (other currencies are withdrawable) to sell them at a slight loss.... its better than risking your BTC there. One fine day (soon) the website will simply not work.
