Yep. I don't know what was wrong with that. But it took me too long. As you can see, I had to approve the spending a couple of times before placing trade bets there. But fortunately, it worked well for me after the latest approval and I did not have any other problems. But I was getting a "Global error" every time I tried to place a bet while the approval was pending.

I enjoyed it as long as I played. I have won a couple of trades, but later I lost all of them. The experience was quite good except for the transaction approval part. But cannot blame bitwinup for that because they do not have control over the blockchains.

The $1 is very challenging indeed you have to be fast and quick thinking the interface and the loading is still good
I won in my first tries but lost everything in succeeding.

Well, I have a deposit using Matic as well and It didn't take too much time to get credited. As you can see, I do not have any complaints about the deposit. At first, I was not able to switch the betting category. The default bet was $10 and then you have provided the screenshot of where I can change the betting time and the amount. I was able to switch the category but still I couldn't place bet and I was getting Global error because the spending approval was pending for a long time. I had to approve three times to be able to start placing bets. But as I said, I don't want to blame Bitwinup for that because they do not control the blockchain.

Have you tried all the betting options I only tried the $1 and the $5 betting options and I have not encountered any problem with these options,  try the $1 and the $5 options and see if you encounter any issues once I hit the button the contract was immediately signed I hope the admin can address this issue if its a bug or just coming from the user's end.

No. I tried only $1 to $5 bets as my deposit was only $6 or something to try the platform first. But I made it to over $10+ and then lost them all. When we place a 5-second bet, you have 15 seconds in hand to pick your choice, and you have to be fast because you have to approve the contract within these 15 seconds. I missed the time a couple of times, and my contract sign was rejected. But cannot blame them for that because it happened due to my slow internet connection. I was getting the global error because of the initial approval. I had to approve the transactions and it was pending for a while due to blockchain load.

That could be the reason, there are players playing if there is an internal issue the dashboard would have shown no players and I also have no problem with my bet as when I hit the button the contract was immediately signed will play later and post my experience again, the Playblock blockchain is new in the gaming industry it claimed to be fast and gas less.

Well, if the business can make a profit by adding other games, then it is not bad. I know a lot of platforms started with only one game, but later they added a lot of games, like building their own in-house games and adding third-party games. They did it because their community asked to add 3rd party games and various kinds of games. I am not going to mention any names, of course.

But since Bitwinup introduces itself as an ultimate crypto trading arena, we shouldn't expect them to add other games if they do not announce anything like that. To be honest, this is the first trading website I have seen with such UI.

Yep. But still, this is an interesting platform to trade. I don't know what should I call it. Is it a spot trading? or is a binary trading? It is pretty much similar to binary trading. I have traded on many binary platforms with names like xxOptions, xxOptions. But those platforms are not fancy like this one. But those platforms have a lot of trading pairs. While bitwinup focuses on Bitcoin trading Which will make Bitcoiners interested in their platform. I am curious about their progress. Even though I know it takes time to get attention of the BitcoinTalk community.

I think they are doing great they do not have complaints coming from their users so far; they have two markets to target the gambling and the trading sectors.

So much depends on marketing stuff if it's new and you are the only one in the industry with this kind of concept then you will have a breakthrough but branding is important.

Probably they did it intentionally to reduce the spam. Not only Bitwinup but a lot of platforms closed the support chat for visitors only. You won't be able to contact them if you are not logged in. The reason behind it is, if a player is logged in, the support agent can see his username and emails and they don't have to ask questions to check your profile.

Just imagine you are working on support and every time a customer comes to your support chat, you have to ask their username and email. If a user is already logged in, you can see his username. So it helps drop the workload. Not sure if Bitwinup did this for the same reason. I haven't tried their live support. I didn't even need it.

Usually, people contact them just to ask silly questions which they can easily know by doing a little search or by doing a little research. So, keeping it disabled decreases the workload of the support agents who write back to the users. If I have something to tell them, I should log in and report them about it.

It's not actually a big or immediate concern, but I'm pretty sure that the dev will address this, the most important is the site is working perfectly all parameters for a good Crypto trading arena are here, transactions whether deposits or withdrawals are good and the most important thing is there is no complaint, having no complaint will establish the reputation of the site in the gambling community.
