I don't know if Bitwipup want to establish them as a Casino or Just a trading platform. But as their ANN is in gambling section, I believe they claim to be a casino. What is the possibility of adding various games apart from trading? Is there any chance?

I believe they are both trading and gambling, but since you are betting, they can also be classified as a casino; and about the possibility of adding games that will defeat their purpose as a trading casino, but why not if there are demands and they want to go further it's possible.

But as long as a platform wants to establish them as an exclusive trading casino and not like every other traditional casino, you cannot really force them to do what you want. But I agree with you that now players want one one-stop zone for their online gambling. They don't want to jump from one to another platform to gamble. For example, if you want to bet on sports like baseball, you have to find a bookmaker. Sometimes you want to play poker on live games. Sometimes you want to play some slots and sometimes you may want to trade. But, unfortunately, you have t jump from here to there for your needs. But I have seen a couple of platforms already and they are tying to have as many options as possible.

Site improvement process is still going on. The management wants a platform that is very user-friendly with less error. The marketing deadlines are not set yet but hopefully we will soon see a relaunch of marketing.

Time is another important thing here. I always prefer a company that has been around for a while. It proves that they are not here to fade away. If you spend too much money in a short period of time, that can give you a huge boost, but not for soo long. But, if you divide the same amount and run some campaign for a long time, you will stay on focus for a longer time. I believe the people who work with them should talk to them and their marketing manager should have a good understanding about it as well.

So far since they started their thread here, there's been a lot of improvement, and all suggestions by players that are posted have been implemented, this is to prove to everybody that the developers are listening to suggestions that will improve the users' experience.

True. But that is where platform owners make mistakes. They cannot wait to launch their platform and rush to run it as soon as possible. The devs do not get enough time to check their codes and sometimes they run websites with errors. I have played on a lot of casinos especially right after they launch, and I made some money from those bug bounties as well.

They should run their platform on stage before they run it on production so they can minimize the bugs and errors. As for Bitwinup, I don't remember getting too many errors in the short time I played there. I appreciate their work anyway.

But when the market is on a downtrend like today, you should predict multiple downpool wins in a row. This can exceed 20 bets in a row. But still, there is nothing to research about the 15-second movement. No one can predict that with a guarantee.

I don't have any problem login to contact support because as I said before, they do it for a reason. The support agents have to waste a lot of time asking what their username is, what is their email, and some other information. But when a user is already logged in, the support agent can get the information right after they contact support. As for stats, yeah, they can make it visible for everyone as people may get interested in playing after seeing the stats.

I think @Learn Bitcoin has in mind showing the link to the stats on the homepage for visitors to see; on my first few days on the site, I had to roam around to check and look for the stats. The stats will appeal to visitors if only they can see them on the homepage.

What I noticed is, that you can actually sort out the list by clicking on the title of each stat. If you want to sort the list by win ratio, Just click on Win ratio and it will sort out for you. The website is already showing the stats for the last 24 hours' wins, Win ratio, live players, and all-time wins as well, which should be enough as stats. I guess opening an On-site chat would be a good idea. But only if they want!

It would be better if they could make it available on the homepage even without connecting your wallet first, but on the contrary, they want visitors to explore the site by making everything within the site. it's more like enticing them to come in, as everything is available when you are inside.
Every platform has a different ideas on how they present it to the community.

If I am not wrong, I guess yesterday I did not connect my wallet but I was able to see those stats. But unfortunately, I cannot access the website for some reason. I tried Google Chrome browser and Microsoft Edge. But when I try to access the website, it shows white blank page for me. Please see the screenshot below for reference. Note that I have tried using a VPN as well. But, I was unable to access the website.

If anything wrong then it's from your side. In my side I can see the site is functional. The problem could be any extension, not having Javascript enable, your internet connection etc. Try using some other browsers.
