Why would you want to buy into a a website whose revenue hasn't been earning enough previously to even cover the cost of domain name registration let alone hosting costs?

It used to be earning back in the days. Now the website is available for less price and google update has been rolled out. So, I am trying to adjust some $50 for it though the website's actual cost is much more as these kind of websites don't get sold for few $$

I believe that a user can change his account details without asking anyone to do or not as I don't have access to the previous email anymore + I have paid everyone's money back as I was busy for some time between.

Unfortunately, Trust, especially on the internet, is not equal to every mistake I did in my childhood. It's take a long time to build but once broken, no one is just going to come around and instantly trust you.

The best you can do is offer a collateral.

It could also mean the account was hacked, sold or changed hands. How are we supposed to know?

Well. I am not using forums for the first time + It's not the only forum I have used in my life. I know about edit feature but I just don't like it.

I don't think much will change in a week, sites don't sell that fast, even the $50 ones.

You can consider using an escrow service for this transaction. The seller should push the domain to escrow (someone with Namecheap account) and you cannot use it until you pay the agreed amount.
I am quite convinced that the seller would also agree to a deal that will last a week (now only 2 or 3 more days).
