Looking for help (directadmin roundcube doesn't send emails) Will pay small tip

I installed directadmin on VPS, hosted websites but they don't send emails. I downloaded plugin WP SMTP but can't connect it to SMTP and also can't send emails from DA's roundcube. Can anyone help me? I will pay a small tip (0.06 LTC) since it won't take more than some minutes for those who know it.

Im sorry to be blunt, but that tip wont even buy me a cup of coffee, let alone a beer. So you can keep it!   

How can you say it'll only take some minutes to fix this if you have no clue whats actually wrong? Can you even talk to your SMTP server using the command line? You should double check if DirectAdmin's built-in SMTP server is enabled and configured correctly.  Have you configured your hostname correctly? Also, are the MX records on your domain pointing to the right mail server?

It takes a little more setting up around the mail server than a simple installation.
@Stalker22 already gave you instructions on what to check. (I guess that info is worth 0.06LTC).

If I were you, I would check the mx records you have at the domain registry, after checking smtp in directadmin, ask your hosting provider to assist you. When you buy VPS or more advanced hosting packages, basic knowledge about these things is expected.

If your site is on cloudflare, then unproxy mail and mx record

- restart mailserver

- add back your details to WP Smtp , tls , etc the standard stuff

- WP SMTP - tools - send a test email and check logs for error
