There are indeed many courses out there, both free and payed. Some of the payed once even have a very good reputation, eg. the courses of Brian Beamish (The Rational Investor), but I didnt enroll them myself to be honest.
Anyways, I would like to give you an advice: Stay away from real money trades as long as possible and solely use paper trades, at least for the first 3-5 month in your trading journey. You will learn way more in those month than any course can teach you ... and saves you a lot of money.

There are no shortcuts in learning bitcoin trading as everything comes with a process. Otherwise, if you tend to break that process and would prefer to believe those YouTubers out there who are flexing quick trading strategies, then you will still be losing in the end. Believe me, when it comes to trading, patience and resilience are the keys as it comes with inevitable mistakes and losses that we might face along learning the process.

You can just go and have a course from a well d fines platform then go with some demo accounts which many platforms offer and then trade with the demo assets. The funny thing is, I see many of my friends kept saying Bitcoin is a scam for years and maintained their view from 2014 until 2019. Then, when Bitcoin reached its ATH, they experienced super FOMO and bought it without any knowledge about crypto because they were so vehemently against it. The amount of work that is put into learning is because people do not want to lose money too much when they are trying. Think of it this way, the "quickest" way to learn would be losing money, wouldn't it be? PA Trading

Those are just example strategy. Find what suits your interests. Learn it for a month and practice in demo before using real money. If you want to speed up your process, then do your own research and find profitable traders at least those who have +10 years. Ask them to mentor you. Just make sure that they are not fraud. I very much agree with your opinion. Because basically there is no instant way to become a reliable trader or become a pro trader. It takes a lot of time and dedication to study and understand the crypto market and the strategies that must be used to deal with the market.

Yes, having some sort of help here means that you are going to get the best of both worlds, you are going to not only learn how to do something better, but also you will end up with multiple people arguing which is the best way, meaning that you are going to be guaranteed to get the best way since nobody can tell a lie to you.

     I totally agree with what you said—that there is no shortcut to learning about Bitcoin and trading. Because this is a vast matter if we only know it fully. It takes time to learn these things.

The fast way of learning are worth it at times because it teaches you somethings in a quicker way and not wasting your time with some things that mightn't be necessary in this century. Your teacher can use video graphics to teach you how to trade and you'll understand what he's teaching with ease. When you learn like this you'll learn faster or quicker but you're not using a short cut. Shortcut isn't a good idea because the shortcuts wouldn't teach your experience that you'll need when you start trading by yourself without the audience of your mentor anymore. People tend to overlook the fact that there is more to trading than meets the ears. It surpasses our comprehension. Prior to acquiring anything else, you must acquire knowledge.
