I don't use coin base, so I did a quick search and found the two pieces of information below.

What is the minimum trade size?
For BTC perpetual futures contracts, the minimum order size is 10 USDC and 0.0001 BTC.


For ETH perpetual futures contracts, the minimum order size is 10 USDC and 0.0001 ETH.


For LTC perpetual futures contracts, the minimum order size is 10 USDC and 0.01 LTC.


For XRP perpetual futures contracts, the minimum order size is 10 USDC and 1 XRP.

You can purchase as little as A$2 of cryptocurrency (crypto) and up to your account limit using funds from your account balance or debit card. You’ll receive an email notification to confirm that your buy was successful.

If you want to make a deposit, I am sure you will definitely see the minimum amount that can be deposited, and the difference in the minimum amount will depend on the asset you want to deposit. But I will advise that you should not go below $10. On Binance, the minimum amount you can fill your order with is $10 on their spot trading, and that's why I'm advising that you don't go below that on Coinbase.

The major difference to consider when trading crypto spots on other exchanges is whether they have all the pairs you want to trade and also the transaction fee. For Binance and Coinbase, the fee for spot trading is the same  as 0.5%.

Each exchange have their own minimum deposits and withdrawal, try to check from the wallet they provide you with and see what they required, then go to their terms and condition page and check what's in there for the policies they have implemented for
the use of their exchange, each one of them have their own stipulated rules, this discussion talks more on exchanges, there's a board for that, you can move the thread there.

For small orders, I find instant exchanges to be cheaper mainly because there is typically no inflated withdrawal fees unless your funds is already on coinbase and/or you don't plan on withdrawing any time soon.

If the latter is the case, coinbase advanced would be cheaper for you. Minimum trade amount should be found somewhere in the trading terminal, as mentioned previously or you can try to place an order with the smallest unit -- my guess is you should get an error + solution.

As far as I know. Coinbase doesn't have some blanket minimum for everything you can trade.  It kinda varies based on the actual currencies you're exchanging.

The best way to check is to log in to your Coinbase account and navigate to the trade section. Select the trading pair you're interested in, and the platform will display a minimum order value requirement before you try to place a trade.

I think the provided list posted by Dr. Bitcoin_strange is for the international coinbase exchange. Since you said spot trading I think the minimum for coinbase exchange is only 1USDT as a minimum.

Actually there is, the link that's been given by bitmaxz tells that most of the pairs have got $1 notional minimum limit. Some are in the form of crypto depending on the pairs but it looks like they're valued at the same amount.

I agree, there's no need to do the hassle of going on with registration and even KYC. You just trade there and get your desired crypto within few minutes.

I don't use them but I guess that it's just all about the experience and the themes and features of each exchange and as well as the limits and fees.
