After cleaning my S17+ hashboards, I may have put them back in different order or different s17+ machines, does this matter?

I noticed on the s17+ working correctly, it shows frequency 560 for all three boards.

but my other machine now only has two working hashboards, and they are showing different figures 610 and 602

here is a picture.

What does this frequency mean and should it match up

the order doesn't matter, but different hashboards from different miners put together does cause a potential issue if you are running the stock firmware, the voltage stored in the EEPROM of the 3 hashboards needs to match, custom firmware like Vnish doesn't care about that and thus it allows mix and match of different hashboards.

It's okay for frequencies to be different, it doesn't matter, the miner would tune itself and every board would run on its desired frequency.

You can, but you shouldn't unless you have to, plus, it requires a special tool for that, however, now that i saw the screenshot, it doesn't seem like the board is connected at all, can you switch its position and upload a new image?

Do you mean switch boards with the rig showing only 2 working boards?

As for EEPROM, have you heard anybody doing without special tool - IE reading chip and using hex editor to re-code and re-write?

It might be just a connection issue try to swap those two working boards to a non-working one and then make sure it is connected properly.

If it doesn't work then make sure to check the logs it should tell you the issue as to why one of the hashboard is not detected.
The easiest solution for the mix board is by using other firmware like Braiins or Vnish as mentioned above.
