Actually, wagering this bonus turned out to be a little strange for me. It turned out that the wagering requirement for the $5 USDC bonus was $225. I was playing and thinking that I was incredibly lucky. But then I realized that it seems like this might just be part of the game.

When I reached that amount, my balance, including my bonus balance, was reset to zero. A field then appeared offering me the option to withdraw $5 USDC. I thought that this was how it worked: they give you $5 USDC as a bonus, you wager it, and once you reach the $225 wagering requirement, you get the opportunity to withdraw the 5 USDC .

But in reality, after reaching the required amount, both of my balances remained at zero, and I can’t withdraw anything. So I still haven’t figured out how this actually works.

At the same time, I keep receiving similar $5 USDC bonuses by email, just for different games. I’m not sure if there’s any point in playing them at all if there’s no way to withdraw the money.

I agree, she's awaken everyone to the sport of tennis. And I think that our government should no longer focus into team sports like basketball although proper attention should be given to individual sports like boxing, tennis, gymnastics and others where our athletes are excelling. Please I don't know if I'm the only one experiencing this on the Bitz casino. But since yesterday i noticed that I've being constantly logged out.  If I leave the casino for just 5 to 10 minutes and immediately I come back, I will have to login again instead remaining signed in, and it's still happening this morning, and seriously it's starting to feel frustrating.

I don't know if the problem is from my network or anything from my end. Probably if others are not experiencing the same issue then maybe it's from my end.  I just hope that @Bitz_Casino will look into this issue and sort it out, because having to log in every single time I leave and come back is becoming quite annoying.

This isn't a problem unique to you. I've written about this before. Even if I click the remember me option, I still have to log back into my account after 24 hours. It's not a huge work, but I don't understand why we can't keep our accounts logged in as long as we want. I think there might be a few things that need to be improved on the Bitz software side.

Login session problems like automatic log out, not sure the min time of each login session before that automatic log-out trigger. However this issue has been reported in this announcement thread many times, it's a little bit inconvenience for user and I think Bitz will need to take a look at it.

They can consider doing something similarly like centralized exchanges do with regular account log-out but it is not too short time. Like if a user choose to stay log in with an account, it will remain login status for 7 days before a logout trigger is applied. It's quite common on centralized exchanges as far as I experience, my exchange accounts don't automatically log out after 24 hours.

I spoke to customer support, and I managed to figure out how everything works. Once you reach the required wagering amount, your bonus balance is reset to zero, and the original 5 USDC bonus is credited to your real money balance. However, I’m almost certain that I didn’t see any change to my deposit balance.

And of course, I continued playing, but when I was playing with the bonus balance, I was incredibly lucky, but as soon as the money was supposedly credited to my real money balance, according to customer support, I immediately lost those $5. Then I immediately got a notification telling me that I needed to make another deposit.

Overall, the experience of playing with a bonus balance still feels exactly like playing in demo mode, you get incredibly lucky. But as soon as everything switches over to your real money balance, that luck suddenly seems to disappear. By the way, after that I received another 5 USDC bonus for another game, Fortune Capybara. But even there, I barely had any luck and lost everything almost immediately.
