Usually data is stored in the server. Unless they change the server provider, all the data should be available to their database. Because I know a little bit about how the backend works for a platform. However, in case they change provider, either server or game provider, they would have downloaded data. Or Betbay definitely has the data from where it could be resolved.
That’s correct, but all professional companies regularly backs up their databases and stores them locally on their own servers to prevent data loss and to have copies they can use in certain conditions. I’m confident the Bitz dev team does that as well.

I'm not sure what that guy was talking about. But regarding Andrew's case, AskGambler updated the thread and marked it as resolved, as the Bitz team shared the sensitive information privately instead of posting it publicly. As predicted, the player already got his deposit back and he was trying to get his winnings - which was voided by Bitz due to the rules violation. The case is now solved.

But that was at another casino. When I opened the other thread mentioned, it was because I had had very bad luck with free spins. Well, I have to say that in general my experience with the site has been satisfactory. I requested a withdrawal, it took about 20 minutes to process, and I've already received it. I've been lucky, I've withdrawn my profits and I've still left money to keep betting.



As for areas for improvement, I would suggest that the casino fix the image issue once and for all, because as you can see in this email, the image does not appear either.
