Usually data is stored in the server. Unless they change the server provider, all the data should be available to their database. Because I know a little bit about how the backend works for a platform. However, in case they change provider, either server or game provider, they would have downloaded data. I'm not sure what that guy was talking about. But regarding Andrew's case, AskGambler updated the thread and marked it as resolved, as the Bitz team shared the sensitive information privately instead of posting it publicly. As predicted, the player already got his deposit back and he was trying to get his winnings - which was voided by Bitz due to the rules violation. The case is now solved.
