It's not a small issue as it appears on top of the casino with user interface and experience so if they see that invalid image, they can have feeling like this casino is unprofessional and they will perhaps also see risk too.

This issue was reported by you and the Bitz casino must discuss and work internally in order to fix this issue as soon as possible. It can be a small issue and easily fixed but if the team let it be, time flies and this small issue will possibly result in bigger problem and affect the casino operation, its attractiveness with guests, and likely raises unnecessary concern whether it is a good casino to use.

I think this isn't the website's issue, and it could be fixed easily. Often platforms use email templates for users where they place images. It means the issue is from the email templates. And yes, this is kind of branding for the casino; they should fix it as soon as possible.

Some other forum members changed their usernames. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the website. It says, "Sorry, you have been blocked," and the title says, "Attention required! "| Cloudflare. "So, I assume Cloudflare is blocking me from accessing the website. I have also tried VPN, but it didn't work for me. I think The Cryptovator can help since he also changed his username, or he probably changed his username while he was signing up. I don't remember the sign-up process at this moment.

I can see both error messages (logged in and logged out) in English.

However , I still need to test with VPN to access de faucet.

I don't know if any of you have noticed what happens to me with slots. With some providers, as you can see in the image below, I can see the difference between the money I had when I started betting, in red at the top, and how my session is going, in red at the bottom.



However, in others it is not visible. I have to guess when I am winning or losing in the session, as in the following image.



Apart from the fact that it is a bit more cumbersome than having the bet expressed as a figure, such as £0.20, you have to use the coin value and the bet to calculate it.

I have experienced this on different casinos too. The inconsistency between the game balance (according to the game provider) and the main account balance (according to the casino) is usually due to synchronization issues (it doesn’t get updated in real time). When the game session ends, normally, your main account will reflect your actual ad correct balance.
Some casinos will just hide your main account balance and instead show it as "in play, or something like that, during the game session to avoid such confusion.

I think I myself faced this in other casinos as well. What happens is that when you start spinning, your casino balance updates in real time, but the slots take time to update your balance. In most cases, it delays because the slots need to complete the animation and display the final win amount, and only then is the update reflected in the slot game.
