On December 16, Bitz Senior Manager Steven offered $5,000 USD to settle a complaint involving deposits and account activity totaling closer to $14,000. Hi Bitz_Casino. What happened to your stated commitment to remain active in the threads and address concerns promptly? You did not respond to my private messages or to my post in the public thread.

Separately, I observed that following my post, Bitz removed its Self-Exclusion Policy from the website and removed the Responsible Gaming portal link from the player profile. Both items were previously visible, and the portal linked to a nonfunctional page. Their removal occurred overnight.

This raises an obvious question. Was this done to remedy the issues, or to conceal them after they were publicly identified? I have taken daily screenshots of Bitz’s website and player interface since December 12. The removal of these materials on December 19 is fully documented and unmistakable.

I don't think the house has to do anything about it. Actually, the odds providers handle everything, and the odds are kinda similar on most platforms. The odds provider has its own criteria, and you cannot beat the house edge unless you engage in arbitrage betting (which is not allowed by any platform). If a player places an arbitrage bet across different casinos, the provider can flag them and notify the sportsbook. The sportsbook then usually limits its account and later confiscates the winnings. Some Sportsbooks even ban the player after confiscating the funds.

I have made extensive efforts over the past week to resolve this matter privately and confidentially with Bitz, including deliberately holding off on posting a full scam accusation on Bitcointalk. Those efforts have gone nowhere.  The amount Bitz offered to refund in acknowledgment of their failure to comply with their own terms and clear responsible gaming obligations was grossly inadequate. Bitz_Casino has remained silent on my direct inquiries, and the casino's conduct in recent days gives me serious pause.

In particular, Bitz’s post demand behavior is concerning. During an active dispute, they quietly removed their Self Exclusion Policy and Responsible Gaming features from the site after those deficiencies were raised publicly. That type of concealment typically undermines any claim of good faith engagement. Thankfully, as part of my due diligence and anticipating the possibility of such conduct, I preserved pre- and post-removal images of Bitz’s website to avoid later factual ambiguity.

As I mentioned previously, signature campaigns carry weight on this forum. I learned of Bitz through the campaign you manage.
