Depends on casinos and their ToS, even asking for other people like family members to KYC for other accounts, if these accounts are registered with a same IP address, it can cause big troubles. In such situation, KYC is not enough and later registered accounts can be terminated by the casino too. Yes but if the casinos caught you again, they will still be the account. And using VPN is very dangerous because of the casino doesn't accept VPN and the gambler used them he wins, the time of withdrawal, might affect him mostly when they asked again to do the necessary KYC or hours be blocked or ban foe violating their ToS by using VPN which is prohibited by the casino.
