This feature has also never worked correctly for me. Every time I log in, I select "remember me," and every day I still have to enter my username and password. Entering my username and password isn't a problem for me because I use the Proton Pass password manager; it automatically fills in the fields, so I've never had any complaints about the feature remembering my data.

@Zwei - I don't know but it seems that 'remember me' options is working on my end.

I try to replicate your issue, but I can't. I'm using, "Chrome is up to date Version 143.0.7499.170 (Official Build) (64-bit)".

And I'm not sure what browser you are using, although I only used it in Chrome to test and see if I can duplicate your issue.
i'm using brave, and it's not that the option is not working, it only works for sometime before i need to relogin again.
maybe it doesn't work the same way as the "always stay logged in" we have on the forum.

I try to this it with "Brave is up to date Brave 1.85.118 (Official Build) (64-bit) Chromium: 143.0.7499.169"

Close Brave and open it again, and my account is still login. And then I close the tab and see if it will react different, and then I go and go to the website again, and my login session was still saved.

exactly what's going on with me. it's only mildly annoying, so i'm not going to waste any time trying to figure out what's causing it.

How about starting 2026 with a little honesty, transparency, and good-faith conduct. The bare minimum expected of a legitimate casino.

For more than two weeks, since December 16, Bitz has chosen silence instead of addressing serious issues involving player protection and misconduct. I understand the tactic. When the record is overwhelmingly against you, staying quiet can feel safer than responding. But silence is not accountability.

You cannot continue using Bitcointalk to promote your casino, run an ANN, and benefit from signature campaigns while refusing to address substantiated allegations of misconduct. This forum is not a marketing shield. It is a public record. And it is not a place where operators can hide indefinitely unless they intend to disappear entirely.

The outstanding issues remain unanswered:

   1.   Why has Bitz refused to address documented allegations that it violated its own Terms and responsible gambling obligations by denying self-exclusion requests. Why has Bitz refused to cooperate with independent mediators Casino Guru and AskGamblers.




   2.   Why has Bitz refused to respond to Trustpilot reviews related to this matter, while negative reviews are repeatedly followed by suspicious five-star reviews from first-time reviewers, creating the clear appearance of reputation manipulation.




   3.   Why did Bitz remove its Self-Exclusion Policy and Responsible Gaming links from its website on December 19, 2025, during an active dispute and after deficiencies were publicly raised.





   4.   Why does Bitz continue to represent itself as operating under a valid Anjouan Gaming license when the Anjouan Gaming License Register shows the license expired on November 21, 2025.




If Bitz intends to remain part of this Forum, these questions require answers. Silence is not resolution. It is avoidance.  I have left negative trust feedback on Bitz’s profile. Bitz is welcome to dispute any factual statement in this reply or in that feedback or leave counter-feedback explaining its position.

I haven’t had this problem so far. I use a separate Google account specifically for this to use casinos, I find it much more practical, and with just one click you can log in to most sites that require a login. There is a risk, of course, but as I said, I keep a separate email account for these things.

I have encountered this problem several times. But after waiting for a while it got fixed. I thought maybe due to poor internet connection loading like this but now it seems maybe error. After entering bitz Casino, It takes a long time for the interface to come to my device. And everything moves in slow motion. This situation is very difficult for me.

I can't use the main website because I don't have permission in my country, so I use the mirror site.

I see you're online right now.  Will you address these concerns or just continue to use Bitcointalk to promote your casino while operating as a rogue casino, refusing to respond to serious and legitimate concerns from players?





It's quite telling that when another player filed a complaint against your casino 4 months ago, you were very responsive on AskGamblers and this Forum.  However, in the current matter in which the record of your misconduct is clear and the evidence is overwhelming, you have ducked every opportunity to respond on all platforms.





After offering a lowball $5,000 settlement on December 16 through Bitz_Casino senior management, Bitz has spent the past 17 days doing nothing consistent with good-faith conduct. Instead, it has remained silent, seemingly hoping the player will grow exhausted and allow Bitz to retain $13,800 collected after written notice of gambling addiction and repeated self-exclusion requests.

Bitz has now failed to respond to AskGamblers through multiple deadlines. The complaint was first closed solely because Bitz refused to cooperate within the initial 96-hour window. After reopening at my request, Bitz was granted an additional 96 hours. No response. Following my submission of further evidence, AskGamblers extended the response window again for a third time. Still no response.

This pattern is deliberate. Bitz has chosen silence over explanation, non-cooperation over accountability, and delay over resolution, while continuing to hold player funds obtained after notice.

every time i close the browser (not just the tab), i need to login again, even when i have checked it when i logged in... it's not really a big deal, but it's kinda annoying ngl.



That happened to me too. If I don't log in to the website for a while, I need to re-enter my email and password to log in again. I don't really know what the problem is, but it seems that "remember me" doesn't work, or is it a mistake on my part? I don't really understand, but it seems I need to save the login so I don't have to bother typing it in manually over and over again in the future.
