I hope you haven’t cashed out all your SATS. It’s really important to keep some in reserve so you can keep playing in the tournament and keep winning SATS. Otherwise, starting over from scratch is really hard, trust me, I speak from experience.

The answer to your question is that all your SATS will be converted into a certain amount of USDT in your Bitz account, and you can then withdraw them to your USDT address.

That's unusual. I have not withdraw USDT before or any currency other than BTC because I haven't been lucky to win anything on the casinos yet, I only deposited a few times but wasn't lucky to win and make withdrawals but I haven't noticed any delay or issues with the withdrawals so maybe something is wrong somewhere, maybe it's a technical issue or something. I'm sure they'll get it fixed soon so let's just wait for OP to address this issue and rectify everything.

Withdrawals usually go smoothly without any issues. Are there any other issues that could be causing the difficulty?

While I been playing slots at Bitz, I haven't encountered any withdrawal issues, But I was surprised when you couldn't withdraw and suddenly logged out of your Account and had to log back in.

I think you should wait for a response from a Bitz representative for a more precise answer. Hopefully, You can withdraw and enjoy your winnings.

I hope you can easily get both your account and the money you’ve earned back. I once had a withdrawal rejected, but it went through when I tried again. There’s probably a technical issue, the system flagged you for some reason and didn’t allow you to make the withdrawal.

I initially thought maybe they wanted to verify some processes regarding his request for withdrawal before performing the transaction, it's also came to my mind, thinking whether it is possible that such withdrawal will only be credited on your bonus section and it will now be from that bonus you are going to claim your reward and choose to withdraw the bonus, but I don't think there is something wrong with their normal withdrawal process aside from those that already have some wins through the bonus given and I believe they will handle this amicably.

You have to push harder, and when you climb back to retain yourself in the tournament, you have to avoid withdrawals so that you will always have sats to continue the tournament every time it is started.

You need to check some old posts in this thread... Once upon a time, I exchanged Sats for USDT, and when I wanted to withdraw, they asked for a deposit. I was thinking about that deposit, but before that, I decided to play a bit more, and eventually I lost everything, so I didn't have anything to withdraw...

I guess they made it "tricky" to fight against abuse... so the best thing you can do is to check with support directly, and they will tell you your options. Good luck, and tell us what happened.

I don't know if the Bitz team have fix the issue for you. But when I withdraw my Sats I had to convert or exchange the SATS to USDT OR USDC all you have to do is to choose the one you prefer, I did not put any wallet address. But the SATS was credited directly to my Bitz USDT wallet, I then withdraw the dollars to my TRC20 wallet. The withdrawal was smooth and there was no delay.
