The hungry way dey hammer us for this country and ever body dey fin there belle with different mean na government won Block them way. E dey bad say the government no dey ever get our time and our feelings. As the side no dey work again for Nigeria na be say any body wey get money inside go come am before the orher way go happen even if say the app they work e no they safe again.

Dat is why e come to local board once a day and make comments before going to another places. Dis matter we don talk pass since for almost a month now. In fact since Di day when di matter Casablanca. The first thing wey Binance did when they get Di issue with Nigeria Government with di agencies na to block di Binance website then di second one was to to disable peer to peer with Nigeria Naira but you could still use withdraw to make transaction with di naira and after one week di withdrawal button was disabled later and now you can't use Binance in Nigeria currency except Cryptocurrency to cryptocurrency. OKX is working perfectly with the App, even bitget is also working well even with the naira transactions. It is only Binance has stopped their services in the country.

We don talk am for here before. Even Remitano sef e no dey work again with di naira. And I hear shey Binance now e don go get wahala for India again.

We had a discussion about it some weeks ago but which many among us have known since NCC told all network providers in Nigeria to block the exchanges websites.

Also there was a thread that was created about it recently: Nigerian Telcos Have Blocked Nigerians access to all crypto exchange websites

The exchanges websites can still be acces with the VPN if you can use the one that do not contain ads like paid VPN. Aside that, there is nothing that you can do.

But we can still access the exchanges apps with IP address and it is better that way.

It is government that their own too much. Why not tell Binance and other foreign exchanges to come and register in Nigeria instead and let bygone be bygone? Did you know how much money they will make if they make such moves. Those exchanges will not just want to leave Nigeria but cooperate.

I try use one vpn to check omo, dem block my ip. I don give up already. I nor know if na our govermento block this exchanges address abi na, I nor just know.

Anybody dey experience this issue? How una dey take bypass am?

I dey surprise say na now you dey notice say dem don block access to all crypto exchange websites for naija here. Dis thing don take time small wey e happen and d matter been full everywhere dat time sef. Na only the app we fit dey use now and if na must say you go use the website, you go fit dey access am through VPN but e no really dey advisable to dey use am if you don run KYC with dem already, dem fit ban you if dem dey see access through another IP from another country trying to access the account for any important activity in the app frequently. The ones wey i dey use na app I dey use access am as I no want make anything happen to my account with dem if for any reason I go try bypass to access the account through VPN. So make we all just dey careful with the way we dey try bypass things.

These guys dey para about this exchange matter oo because with all this shit going on, make person no come wake up hear say even the apps sef no dey accessible although I don't know how possible is that but with what I have seen the government do so far, I think they really mean business. And this na also another opportunity to harness the update and I mean people wey dey do local P2P transaction because today sef I enjoy the benefits. I say make I post say I dey buy Bitcoin at cheap rate for ma Whatsapp status and in no time someone just tap me for my rate and I bought it from him at 1100naira per dollar rate which is a good gain for me if you check am well.

For me I no dey bypass anything o, me na Cex exchange app I dey use, kucoin for that matter. and e never disappoints me. Na just my binance app I notice say I no dey fit access am at any given time like before. Instead e go dey pop up error message and e go just dey load till e go write timeout, something like that. I just dey reason say since them don already block the online system maybe dem wan dey gradually shut down exchange app them. But I doubt if that one go fit dey possible.

My oga that online problem no be for online binance , because almost all the CEX dey get the error even the supposed kucoin wey you dey talk and moreover me no really get any issues because my coins na for non-custodial wallet e dey so na anytime I wan sell nai I dey move am go any exchange of my choice because the transaction fee of 1-2$ to go kill and e no fit make me go save coins for one CEX then later come dey hear story that touches.

If na only the website Dem block, that means we no get issue because their apps them still dey work except binance. But for them to just block all the exchange site make we for no get access to Dem, fit mean say Dem still get plans for all other exchanges apart from binance. Normally na non custodial we suppose we use take hold our coins make we for no go here stories wey exchanges dey put on. So my brother na the best decision you take so.

I think I can still access them with my website , I guess may be is because of the browser am using . But still I wasn't fan with the website at first was only the app I usually use. So to me is like nothing change. But the one that really change alot is we can't use binance p2p again. Due to that alot of users are even scared to use it to trade because we don't know what our government are  going to   do next.

Dis matter don take time small wey e happen and all exchanges website dey blocked and not accessible by any Nigerian again. Na through the mobile app we dey take interact with those exchanges. E make sense sef as the mobile app still dey accessible because if e no dey accessible and na only web dey go through, many functions no dey website wey we go fit they use freely as we dey use am for mobile app. Anybody wey dey use mobile app make e just stick to am and not try to access the website through VPN, e get him own disadvantage too unless your account no dey verified yet.

It is government that their own too much. Why not tell Binance and other foreign exchanges to come and register in Nigeria instead and let bygone be bygone? Did you know how much money they will make if they make such moves. Those exchanges will not just want to leave Nigeria but cooperate.

Even as it is now, that is where this all binance saga will lead to. They just have to regulate it and pay some tax to the government for their services in the country. It’s going to be a win-win for both of them if they come to an agreement. Nigeria is the crypto hub in Africa, exiting their services here will cost them to lot, so I doubt they’ll settle for that and not come to a compromise with the government.

I think I can still access them with my website , I guess may be is because of the browser am using . But still I wasn't fan with the website at first was only the app I usually use. So to me is like nothing change.

What browser are you using to access them? I have not seen anyone coming out that the app is accessible to them through the browser they’re using without making use of VPN to change their IP to access the exchange websites.

I dey receive payment for exchange app if I wan buy any coin I fit buy am send to my non custodial wallet or Dex then sell the remaining one come send am to my bank account. While I dey use CEX dey receive my payment na because of say person no fit spend alot for transaction fee. But if anything happens to exchange app I go just update my Dex btc adress for payment before E go reach time of payment. So I no dey leave money for exchange atol.

Aside the P2P trading by Binance app has been working perfectly in the past 3days now but as at yesterday it was not giving me those flexible service as usual.

You can be right to say other exchange platforms are also in such inconvenience operations because I successfully traded my BTC to USDT on Binance and transfered to OKX which also went successfully but my fund balance could not reflect right in my OKC so that I could trade on the P2P for naira exchange.
I tried as much as I could but to no avail and for over 2 hours not until I had to o use the VPN and then everything just went smoothly.

So I think there is an ongoing network bridges of crytpto currencies with our geographical zones.
Anyone in such difficult situation should try using the VPN.

We had a discussion about it some weeks ago but which many among us have known since NCC told all network providers in Nigeria to block the exchanges websites.

Also there was a thread that was created about it recently: Nigerian Telcos Have Blocked Nigerians access to all crypto exchange websites
I salute you Charles for bringing my attention to it. I don check the thread already and na like 8th of March wey una talk the matter sef. Anyways make e nor come be like say I duplicate am, I later come find solution to am. And no, it's not a VPN

Quote
The exchanges websites can still be acces with the VPN if you can use the one that do not contain ads like paid VPN. Aside that, there is nothing that you can do.
I no try VPN sha. I been use Orbot and them block my IP (I sabi say Orbot nor be VPN sha, I just say make I try.)

The solution wey nor be VPN na to use 1.1.1.1.

I downloaded it and turned it on, and viola, the exchange websites all starts to connect.

Anyone curious enough can read out it here - https://blog.cloudflare.com/warp-for-desktop

But we can still access the exchanges apps with IP address and it is better that way.

Your write up elucidate the issue on ground though my experience is not as far of checking as many exchange as OP listed. Directly to your writing I think using IP address is never an issue except one has hidden agenda that one will seek to hide it's IP, as long as there is still a way out like this the road is not end yet I believe situation like this need time and it will soon surpassed.

For biance they don't restrict others activities but direct exchange of naira I know many still have their currency converted and can still access it when needed.

All IP addresses from Nigeria can not access the exchanges websites. Which means if you enter the URL link into a mobile or an online browser, you will only get an error. You are using app to access the site which makes you think that the website of the exchanges are also available for Nigerians to use but that is no true. People that are using the mobile app can still use IP address to access the exchange.

I still use my Binance to trade and to other stuffs apart from the P2P. I think the government have achieved their aim with Binance by successful disrupting the P2P operation. I don't think there is anything to be scared of by using Binance. For me I haven't I am not feeling any difference in using exchanges, as I have never been using website in time past. Using exchange app has been my thing and it has become part of me. Major reason I don't use website is to avoid phishing. Anyone having difficulties accessing the exchanges should just switch to using the app.
