Do anyone accept Vietnam ITunes cards

Just as the tittle reads, I’m looking to redeem apple iTunes card of about 50 million Vietnamese dongs
Which is about ($2000) and this is my first time hearing about iTunes in Vietnam and I will be glad if there is anyone available to help redeem the card.

Thanks and looking for more reputable user to help on this and I also accept escrow for lesser ranked accounts.
