Is Solana still Worth buying??

Depends on about what timing you are asking. If you are asking in general if SOL is still a decent project to invest into? Then yeah I would say it is still a decent one to invest into and you are going to make some good profit out of it.

But if you are asking about just right now? Then I would say it is not going to end up being great because we are talking about a period where we might end up lower, not just SOL but all coins, including bitcoin. That is why, I would say stay away right now, buy when it drops, and wait until it goes back above ATH price again.

Agreed, that’s considerably cheap, especially considering Solana still has the potential to reach $1k in the next few years. There’s nothing to fear even if you buy now and the price plummets, just DCA. Solana is still one of the altcoins I can confidently say is good for long term holding. The community is still active, hasn’t gone into hiatus, and continues to show strong support. Solana and its community are big enough not to be abandoned midway.

I just hope "memes" move away from Solana for the project to be taken more seriously. There are too many "meme" tokens flooding the network like crazy. Of course, market prices increased due to the hype. But to remain valuable, it needs to be far more "than meets the eye". Ethereum, on the other hand, has more serious projects built on top of it. That's why it's the biggest "De-Fi" chain in TVL.

At least, Solana solved the "network outages" problem. It's taking a step in the right direction. $1k is a possibility considering that BNB went close to such valuation. And BNB is based off the same tech as ETH. Solana has its own tech and framework for smart contracts. In some way, SOL is much more innovative than BSC (the blockchain powering BNB). At the time of this writing, Bitcoin is experiencing a surge in market prices. There are no signs that altcoin season will happen soon. Better take advantage of this opportunity before it's too late.

Of course not. That's how the decentralized and open source nature of crypto works. It's "permission-less" (as in not requiring permission for you to use it or do whatever you want with it). I know "meme" coins are a disaster. But that doesn't mean we should "ban" them altogether. If nodes and miners did, they would be censoring the Blockchain. The same thing as banks do these days.

For a Blockchain with dirt-cheap fees and blazing-fast speeds, seeing new "meme" coins emerge on Solana every once in a while is normal. I'm sure that with the Firedancer node software implementation and the upcoming "Alpenglow" network upgrade, Solana will be taken more seriously by both third-party developers and investors alike. And don't get me started on spot ETFs for Solana. The future is bright for the cryptocurrency. Since altcoin season hasn't begun yet, I'd say Solana is still worth buying. The decision is yours. The meme coin is just part of permissionless blockchain and how it's always gonna be. Apparently the meme coin problem exist in every blockchain not only limited to solana. Judging solana for its meme coins and rugs seems unwise but it's for sure a problem.
People need to realize that nobody controls the blockchain so everybody can deploy. Just educate ourselves and we won't fall into the scams. Always baffled me how Base chain and BSC never got the backlash about meme coin even though there are rug in there as well .

Solana is among the favourable altcoins that allow altcoin investors to accumulate income during the bullish season, we saw what happened when COVID was spreading all over the world to affect human beings, decentralized investment and economy, but Solana and other altcoins still allowed their investors to earn income to convince other investors to try Solana investment, I know majority of altcoin investors prefer to invest their funds in etherium because they feel etherium is the king among other altcoins in the market but looking at the gas fees, it makes other investors to choose solana over etherium to achieve what they want from altcoin market.

Solana is worth buying to this day, it has been falling and rising at the same time, following the similar pattern used by bitcoin as it keeps performing towards the same direction, if we can target buying it when bitcoin falls to around $85,000 it will be more profitable because we are going to get it market price around $100 and we have seen it performed more than $200 and this could mean a lot of profits for us even right before the alts season set in.

While this is true, we could always ignore them when they are created, which we are not doing. Normally what the expectation is, if we see a memecoin then we do not fund it, or trade it or invest into it, that way get rid of them because people who create them will realize that creating them will not make any money thanks to it.

This is happening a bit, memecoins aren't getting funded as much as they used to getting funded, and that's not a bad one but looking at it right now, we can say that it is not doing that badly at all, we are getting less funds, so less memecoins are created because of it.
