Check your address on a block explorer first to see the total balance and any outgoing transaction.

Going forward you should use a more reputable wallet to hold your bitcoins, like electrum.

They have an ANN thread on this forum Bitamp Bitcoin Web Wallet - Send & Receive Bitcoin Instantly!. Looking at their feedback, they haven't scammed anyone, so I wouldn't directly assume the lost of your coins are because of them.

You need to elaborate more, when you create the wallet, how much you have, show the address you previously use, did you enable 2FA, etc etc because there's a chance if your wallet might be compromised.

Please show us your addresses that stored some bitcoins of yours. Without any address, your accusation is non sense.

You can log in it with Tor or without Tor, it's not big problem.

You could create many wallets in the past and some of them could be empty wallets.

It does not make sense as a valid accusation against Bitamp wallet team if you suddenly remembered about your wallets created long time ago, and now tried to access them, empty wallets, and want to see bitcoin inside.

If their team stole your bitcoins, there are proof on-chain and you can check it with Bitcoin block explorers.

Bitamp is a self custodial wallet, and if you restored your wallet with the correct seed phrase, you should see your balance, and if you have been attacked, you should also see an outgoing tx. Is it possible to extend your seed phrase with a passphrase with this wallet? Did you do anything like that?

You can check your address on a blockchain explorer to check its history.

Really difficult to have this kind of problem, using a service with an inactive support, that's got to be the most frustrating thing to happen to someone and I assume that Bitamp is a fine wallet to use since it's a self-custodial wallet albeit the question of closed or open source is still on the air but I digress, is there any other way to contact them other than in their forum ANN thread? I'm sure that they've got a website to which you can talk to a customer support or maybe even to the developers. My advise to OP, try and get all the legal ways to contact Bitammp, the forum is just one way of communicating to them, I hope you find the reason for the bitcoin being gone.

I've never used this kind of wallet before, so i don't know if its a custodial or non custodial wallet, but either of the two, you can always track the record of transaction on your wallet address on the block explorer in other for you to see when and which address receive your fund, except you're not importing the exact wallet that has the funds in it, its rare that you just wake up and your assets disappeared except if someone share the same login details or keys with you, in which the record on transaction history should be there.

Considering that Bitamp is a web wallet, the risk of being compromised is greater. However, this is not a conclusion until you see the history of incoming and outgoing transactions through explorer as several members said above. Bitamp gives users too many receiving and change addresses, you have to remember which address you received your bitcoins at.

you can import bitamp wallet seed into electrum and if wallet was empty without any outgoing payments, then use https://iancoleman.io/bip39/ to extract the private key of bitcoin addresses with balance.

Do you have the seed phrase of your wallet? As far as I know, Bitamp is not a custodial service but a client-side, open-source Bitcoin wallet with a web interface. You should be able to import your seed into another type of wallet software and check your balance and transactions. It would be highly unlikely that they stole your coins, unless your wallet was compromised in some other way. For example, you may have accidentally stumbled upon a phishing site. Have you contacted their customer support yet?

I remember one time, bitamp was significantly behind the latest block mined so I'd check that first, perhaps when you logged in, it was the case? because It's a bit odd that there is no single transaction in your history. I would also check if I'm on the correct derivation path -- do you at least remember what address type did you use? what letter does it start?

Anyhoo, I hope you did not store much money on this wallet because it's web plus you have to enter your seed/private key every time you log in which I don't consider secure especially if you intent to login couple of times.

Have you checked your address on a reputable blockchain explorer?  Can you see your transaction there?
Do you mind sharing the address publicly so we can check where your coins ended up?
Have you contacted their customer support yet?

I was just thinking about another possibility. When was the last time you saw your balance with the correct amount on Bitamp? Maybe the tx fee too low so that the tx hasn't been confirmed and even failed.

Take note that i have never used this wallet before, but if you extend your seed phrase with a passphrase, you will be able to access your base wallet with only the seed phrase, but to recover the wallet that holds your funds, you'll need seed phrase + passphrase. This is why a passphrase is great for plausible deniability in cases of a $5 wrench attack, as you can use the base wallet to deceive the attacker.

Victim blaming seems prevalent in society nowadays. I want to maintain my privacy which is why I haven't posted the details.
I looked up the address that I received money into and it appears to exit on the blockchain but on bitamp transaction history it remains blank.
If money were to be sent from my bitamp account would it gone via Send only thru the address that I received the money into? i.e. in and out same way? I clicked send but I don't see a send address? I do see plenty of receiving address all with zero balance. I am definitely in the right bitamp account.

How would I go about importing this into electrum or exodus?

I did. The result was I only saw the incoming amount to that address. Nothing exiting it.
