Op but I tried to check your products list to see if I can like any but I didn't see any. Any company that operates on Payment on Delivery is a legit because you won't pay until you see your goods and check if it is what you ordered. But I don't know where your company is located and if you ship goods across the globe.

Are you an intermediate service provider? And if it is so then you have to affiliate your service to companies so that you have more customers because it's when you showcase some nice goods then people will patronize your services. I wish you all the best.

I think there are plenty of projects out there claiming these points. The main thing here is that if you're implementing the points then it's something that will take over the market in a very short span of time. Giving your user a trust and secure site is a very good approach to grow your service business.

The point here is that how much you help to get the payments back and how fast you do that. How you help people to solve all the problems they encounter and how fast you pass them the solutions. The transparency as well as the speed matters a lot and if you solve these two issues it'll be a good initiative then.

I hope you do follow through with this statement because this is what most your clients would cling on to. This is what the basis of whether a project is a scam or not. I wish there are more details like the percentage of your fees and whatnot. Regardless, this seems to be an interesting and helpful project.

I've checked their tweets, so far I think it's good, who doesn't need escrow safely and reliably, because a good financial service certainly has a lot of reputation, hopefully the service is liked. Many similar developers provide competitive offers and points that support the transaction. With the agreed return in time and speed it will be your commercial power, even each platform I think has a different TOS including when validation runs. If it is possible to have a highlight of your performance results such as on Instagram you can add it with a simple screenshot. can be for additional market share for your platform.

escrowing digital products is a little complicated, as it is not possible to guarantee that digital code worked or not. Therefore, some conditions must be set before conducting such transactions. How will this condition be fulfilled with this part "only release funds when you receive the goods or services"?

I like the decentralized part but you got to tell us that there's no backdoor or way that when someone puts their payment in escrow, that the escrow would just take it all away, is there a person that's doing the escrow or it's automated? Does it also have a protection for buyers though? As there's some people that would probably declare in the escrow that they didn't receive what they were buying. Hopefully this service becomes mainstream and we get reviews that would help us assure that it's a legitimate service. I'm probably just being paranoid though, maybe a little leap of faith in using this one.

I do not know how successful decentralized escrow service platforms are as I recall there was another one that did extensive marketing in the forum but did not get much attention here. There was a time when people would go for such services now I do not think it works anymore. I am not trying to demoralize the team what I am trying to say here is that before launching your platform you should have done some research about escrow services. It is not that difficult to do such research in the forum but I am certain it will be hard for you guys to find customers from the forum.

how to manage escrow when the other party having digital goods, if its as stated that the party that received digital good such as game codes and so on can release the fund when they received the good what stopping them from not releasing it at all, if its how it works this way, then its gonna be worse than paypal chargeback.
in my opinion the only viable way for escrow that truly trustless is if both asset are within the blockchain only then it can be truly trustless and transparent.
because if it still requires the buyer to release fund, then it mean its not entirely trustless.
just kinda curious since so far as far as I've known contract codes as an escrow just doesn't seem suited for this purposes.

If it's decentralized, then I believe the source code should be Open, right?
