Now I feel like I have to fork this to make it happen. It's probably the most excited we have all been in a while.

Try to make it on scrypt. One cpu one vote only. Make it miningpool decentralized, i mean try to create a structure in which only solo miners can mine , mining pool resistance. Then this will flyyyyyy. Not joking.

Scrypt on solo only would mean that all the big farms would actually centralize their hash, it would just take longer. Someone would write a script that would launch their machines from command line and mine locally. So while someone might have 1000 L3++ (I know thats ridiculous) they would have 1000 units mining on their behalf.
Do you know of any project where that has worked? I could be wildly wrong in my assumptions.

A few years ago there were some projects that tried to mandate one wallet, one vote and we wrote scripts to install the wallets at command line on each unit. The. A job to transfer total balance after a set period of time to a central wallet or group of wallets, including exchanges. It can be done but is pretty difficult since people with access to farms also tend to be able to leverage static IPs and scripting to hide that they are a single entity. There was a project like Noso that used to be PoW and paid to everyone on every block. Some miners ramped and then split wallets to game the system later in the project. Still like that old project but was just using an example.
I think a solid gpu mineable coin, with a novel rewards structure, on an energy efficient algorithm like Neoscrypt might help keep things more open. Anything established is going to have farms on MRR and NH but also already has support on pools and exchanges without much modification.
