I don't think you'll get that answer soon as their answers are not very concise, I mean it's just a short answer but as a community we deserve a longer and more accurate answers. I see they do not take their customers seriously, hence their silence and inactivity. This space is really competitive and if a new casino wants to stand out than they need to offer something new or exciting. It also depends a bit on luck and good marketing but you see new casinos popping up daily and you really need to grab the attention otherwise people will always go back to the casinos they are more used to.

You will need to present all the evidence you have to back up your claims.

Thanks for that Slow death. You probably saved bunch of money for a lot of people in here who would tried those promos. I rarely see this kind of train wreck of an announcement for a casino, but least there's no need to wonder why OP didn't do announcement thread before this .

And for a successful casino that has been up 2 years now, why would i get only 5 hits from google:

1. Their own site,
2. casinoguru saying they are a scam,
3. This thread
4. their youtube channel which contains zero information, except 6 sport videos that were uploaded few days ago, and that's not any content they made themselves. They just put docryptobet logo on them.
5. one low quality youtube review with automated voice giving them 4 stars out of 10

I doubt he will, when someone asked about the license, he could not even answer it while he should be able to give clarification if he is part of the team. If he couldn't answer about such a simple thing, he wouldn't be able to answer more complicated thing related payment issue. Unbelievable if a site is unable to resolve an issue for over a year. Of course I dont mean to be in the player's side only but if there is no response at all from the casino side, it is a warning for other players or potential players who want to try this gambling site.

It really looks strange the way they handle your complaint, usually the casino reject the users' withdrawal when they didn't have verified their accounts, but since you've verified your account, I don't see any reason why they reject your withdrawal. If they have completed your identity, they've done investigated your account.

Since you're a victim, you can create type 3 flags on the representative account.

My expectations about this casino were met because it didn't seem like everything was normal when there was no interaction with the community.
Unfortunately, when it is a scam casino, there is very little information about it to prove the conviction, especially if the casino claims that it operates according to licenses obtained legally, and of course users do not have the ability to verify this. Personally, I would not confirm the news before Casinoguru published the review.

It is also unfortunate to admit that users' assets will be lost forever since it is almost impossible to identify those responsible for the casino scam. If it were not for the complaints spread by victims, they might be able to victimize more victims without being discovered.

They last responded on this thread 3rd of this month and despite their last active being 8th, since they must have seen all the accusation that has been laid agaisnt them I don't think they'll come back to their forum again unless just to post some kind of promotion (to draw more victims to the site). They had more potentials if not for the fact that they chose to be lazy and not respond to casino Guru...
