I think this is important and it goes in two ways, bad experience and good experience. Depending on the one we want to reminisce on, they are all capable of lessons.

So if we are going through certain present situation and such situation we have had bad experience on it then we should learn from the past to know how to work on it and never to allow the experience to happen again as they say is a foolish person dat allows fall for what he has experienced before. Decision making should be personal and it should be a personal thing and by the influence of anybody or any thing, people allow themselves to be controlled by peoples advise but I think that this can be detrimental is not checked by individuals, we should always be in charge of the game, though I didn't say that advice given to an individual by some persons should not be taken serious, we should always filter advice and chose the good ones then dispose the wrong ones, but we must know that humans are very manipulative, they enjoy it when you put their advice be it good or bad into consideration.

I think his orientation is poor, going through his profile, his posts needs a lot of corrections to be up to the standard that the forum terms constructive. I believe he is still learning, and I also think he skipped some pre-requisites to quality engagement in the forum. His replies to posts sometimes needs some polishing to clearly send the information across. I'll direct him to the beginners and help board to go there and know his onions well because if not, growing will be harder for him in the forum judging from his patterns of engagement.
