Let us say I earn $200 weekly. I use $5 to gamble weekly. I call it gambling budget and it should not be more than $5, but it can be less. If I gamble more than that, I see it as irresponsible gambling habit. I have lost a lot of money in addiction before but gambling now is fun and  the little amount of money I use, make me to make better predictions. it's not a bad experience but I'll just share what happened to me when I started gambling since I grew up in a family where other relatives were really addicted to gambling, I told myself that I won't be like them, that was my promise to myself since then and up until now, until I tried the online casino sites and I really enjoyed playing there. Every individual need to know that gambling can be very addictive therefore they should only start gambling when they know they're not relying on gambling to make money. If you start gambling to make money, you'll be vulnerable to addiction as you'll be gambling over time and become a loss chaser as you try not to lose the money you have but to make more. I have had my fair share of how brutal gambling wrongly can be to an individual with no experience in gambling.

I'm sorry for your loss; that's a decent sum of money, and it's perfectly reasonable that you feel uncomfortable. However, you can inspire others through your story. There is no point repeating ourselves over and over again about this, we have discussed this often and on and have jumped into conclusion that reducing the habit of gambling can make us cut down our expenses on gambling and reduce the risk of addiction. Chasing after loses has also been emphasized too, because it is another way of making people over spend in gambling. Reducing the rate of time at which we spend in casino hall is also another strategy to reduce the risk of losing much. Having a specific amount budgeted to spend per week or per month is also another strategy to reduce the risk of over spending

I've heard my fair shair of experience and I must say, it's not always a roasy all the way. There's one story that I don't want to remember because I am still trying to get over it. But here it goes.

Had a budget of $150 and I tried slots. My aim was to just simply use $10 of that money and test my luck until after 3 hours everything was gone. I cannot even remember how fast the money was gone while I was betting for the lowest bet amount. That was when I realized I still had no self-control. But that is when good things will happen after you realize your own mistake.
