Good day Bitcoiners I am here to share my suggestions to everyone if it would be helpful or bit satisfied by all of us.
Lately there have been so many topics that has been moved to off-topic board and I believed that many people don't like it and some of them don't know yet, It's not about the topic it self it's all about the replies on the topic. So my reasons for creating this thread is to suggest that TryNinja should add another feature on it's telegram SuperNotifier bot that will notify a user if their post has been moved from the board they post it to another board. Moving of posts to an off topic board affects people that doesn't add more posts to their post counts.

I do not think that this topic is relevant on this board as there is already a thread dedicated to the telegram bot by TryNinja. The Meta board is for anyone to discuss the forum policies and its development, by creating this thread you are spamming this board. Constantly posting irrelevant topics on this board may lead to a temporary ban and then a full ban. It is my advice to you to not make such a mistake next time onwards and read the rules before posting on any board.

Mate, this isn't really worth creating a new topic. I guess other members too might have noticed topics moving from the gambling boards to the off-topic, and honestly, it's a good thing. The gambling board used to be full of irrelevant discussions that weren't even about gambling. It's supposed to be for discussing topics related to gambling, but some members have made it something else entirely. I do enjoy talking about gambling issues sometimes, but finding good discussions there is tough. Plus, my current campaign doesn't make gambling posts a necessity, so I only visit the board when I see a decent post.

The TryNinja telegram bot do notifies of moved post. Just like you had moved this now. I received the notification. It depends on the board you are tracking. Any post that is moved on that board will show a notification on your telegram bot.

Exactly what I wanted to say the bot actually notifies one when a post is moved but that’s when you track a board. Everything from that board is tracked for you. What my guess is the people that do not know about the moved topic do not track that board most especially the gambling board which it’s threads usually ends up been in the off topic board. So OP please lock the thread and go track the affected board.

For future reference anything concerning forum extra bots or sites you can go to the dedicated threads for them as they are not forum specific related to be created a topic for

That's an awesome initiating suggestion but alternatively and otherwise, I'd suggest there should be a notification feature right in this bitcointalk discussion board where whatever that connects topics or forums username such as when a user is mentioned on quote or when w reply commences of the topicor even when a topic is moved should be signaled by notifying the user While active in the forum just as Facebook or other social media maybe .

As the observation has already been made from the previous relies, if you have any suggestion o the super notification bit, its something you can get to the tryninja thread and dish out your own opinion on anything you see, also, you need to know that this is not part of the forum implementation for the use of telegram notification, someone on his own made such effort and no one is left out to work on something else or different to improve on what we have already.

First of all, as a good reader you are expected to read and understand a post to know the actual session that such post should be fixed in and you can notify the OP if the topic created isn't meant for that board.

It is so unfortunate that most users doesn't even read the whole content of a thread created before they can give opinion or make comments as what most people are interested in just about quoting other users that have made comments on the thread without reading the OP correctly.

No one is an "island of knowledge" (knows it all) as sometimes an OP may actually be confused about the particular board that would be suitable for their topics but it is our duty to also help moderators identify the right session to move a post to and in a case where you ain't satisfied with your post being moved to another different session, then you can notify member of the forum possibly in the reputation board so that your post can be scrutinized and moved to the right board.

As regards to your suggestion on getting a notification on Tryninja Bitcointalk super notifier bot in a case of one's post being moved, the feature is already included as it depends on how you set the bot on the thread you are tracking, though a lot of things needs to be added to the super notifier bot for easy navigation of the forum.

Im not sure that it would even be possible, or that TryNinja would put so much resources into such a feature.

Scraping the forum for information about moved topics would not be practical without a dedicated log system.  There are a vast number of topics, and dozens of new ones are created every day. The bot would need to constantly monitor and check every single one to detect if any of them have been moved to a different board.  It would also need to maintain a record of all members who have ever commented on such topics, and for some threads there may be hundreds of users, so that it can send a notification to each of them.  It is just too complicated. Unless of course there is some other way that Im not aware of.

It's possible but why creating a new thread? You could just make a post in the supernotifier bot thread instead.
Actually, this is one of the reasons why a topic is getting moved from board to another, yet here you are suggesting related to it.
To avoid this to happen one should create a thread that is specific to a board and avoid making repeated discussions.

If a topic in which you made a post is moved to off-topic or any other board, your post count doesn’t get affected by it. I understand the eligible post count for signature weekly quota may be affected but that is not a forum problem. Honestly, I think you raised a concern that many signature participants share, quite a number of topics in the gambling board have been moved recently to off-topic. It would be helpful if TryNinja adds such a feature to the telegram bot.

Everyone who supports this idea for this purpose is lazy and I advise them to spend more time learning instead of having their posts equal to the maximum number of paid posts.

OP is obviously not an active poster in this section...I don't even think they'd risk making any post in any unpaid section of the forum; looks like he made a post on a thread that was moved to the off-topic,altcoin etc.. and for that reason, he wasn't paid for the week...
Edit: OP's just a typical shit poster -- a type that's profoundly out  either on the B&H board or their local board... He's requesting for a bot to notify him cus he's got about 3 post moved already ...

OP, sometimes on a forum, you don't have to be lazy to look at your post history every day and see where your posts might be moved. Your point of view betrays your presence on the forum only for the sake of the company's signature, and if you do not participate in any of the companies, publishing posts against all odds will not be necessary for you.
Quite a selfish attitude towards the forum. The company signature is a privilege for you in the forum. Is it really difficult to write a little more posts so as not to find yourself in an unexpected position since you only want to fulfill the subscription quota?

Like everyone else said, you should not create a thread to suggest about new feature of the Bitcointalk SuperNotifier bot. Instead of creating this thread you could easily create a new post in Bitcointalk SuperNotifier bot's thread and share your suggestion with the creator of that bot, or you may send him a personal message to suggest about such feature.

In my point of view, such feature isn't needed because why would someone worry if his/her thread has been moved to another board? It's in fact a good lesson for the OP to know that he/she has posted the thread in a wrong board and next time he/she may create that thread in the right board. It could be helpful for him/her to fix his/her mistake and I don't think that anything is wrong in that.

I don't know if you didn't add that off-topic board to
your watchlist like, add it to your board to receive notification when a topic is created over there. I don't know of your end but from my side when a topic is being moved to other boards I do received notification that such user moved a topic to a particular board with this I can be able to view it and see the content that was moved. Then for post counting I will also advise you to keep posting even though your manager says post 20 or post 25, or possibly you can join a campaign that paid per post this will help reduce pressure of posting to make sure you reach to your max quota as required by manager.

It would have been better to make this suggestion in the appropriate thread created for discussions about the SuperNotifier bot. TryNinja would get the message sooner instead of having to find the information here.

It only affects you if you are in a signature campaign, and you don't reach the minimum post quota for the week because some of your posts ended up in the off-topic section. As we know, campaign managers don't count such posts. This is what the discussion is actually about.

That was what he would have done by just making a comment on the TryNinja supernotifier bot. Well it is just a suggestion that he made and probably because of what he has faced aor encountered in his posts. And if the Op wants to know if any of his post has been moved to off topic then he has to check his post history whenever the days has approached to pay for the week to avoid such scenario happened to him again. And op should take lesson from this thread and as others have rightly said, don't create anyhow threads in this board because this is the key or main board in the forum and it is only entertaining forum related thread and this your  thread would have been a comment in another thread.

Try to avoid repetition. Op should even lock this thread because it has no meaning.
